Recap:

Max- Gabs isn't out with her school she has gotten into a lot of trouble legal trouble

Shelby- Wait what 

Shelby's pov

Max- She has been sneaking out underage drinking with her friends, She has 2 DUI's, your dad has caught her vaping, the final thing is your dad and Daniel has bailed her out many times for getting into fights. 

Shelby- Oh my god do you know why

Max- She refuses to talk to anyone. Your dad has put her with a counselor and she only will talk to them 

Joey- Shelby can we talk. Oh Max hi 

Shelby- Why didn't you tell me 

Joey- I'm guessing you told her

Max- She deserves to know plus Cat has informed me that you and Daniel have been hard on her. But I've known her since was a young child and she has been nothing but helpful

Shelby- Learned it from Mama. Can I talk to her

Joey- Of course but she does house arrest 

Shelby- Oh god is she even allowed to leave

Joey- Yes only if she's at school, at her councilor, or with one of us

Shelby- Does she have that thing on

Joey- No. I'll be back in a hour 

Cole- We don't have anything till 5 

Shelby- Go ahead I think I'm going to spend this time with Max

*1 hour later*

I got a text from dad saying that they were here. I got up and put more decent clothing on. After I talk to her I'm going have to get ready for my next scene. 

Billie- You look cute in Lilia's clothes

Shelby- Yeah yeah shut up 

I grabbed her hand and walked to the front. Of course the fans were out in the front and screaming our names. 

Gabby- Hi 

Shelby- Hey Gabs how are you 

Gabby- alright 

I hugged her and started to whisper something in her ear. 

Shelby- I need to talk to you and I'm not too happy

She pulled away pretty quick and look upset. Before she went into my trailer I let her meet the cast. When we were talking to Cole I told him we had to talk and I pushed her forward. 

Shelby- Oh shit hey Billie got make them feel comfy I need my bag

Billie- Okay be quick

I ran over and grabbed my bag then walked back. I hurried back and I saw Gabby trying to sneak away. 

Shelby-GABBY ELIZABETH GRACEFFA WHERE ARE YOU GOING

Billie turned around from reading her script and pushed her back into the trailer. Dad walked over with Max as he shook his head. 

Joey- Here we go 

Shelby- What was that 

Gabby- I'm sorry 

Shelby- If you do that you're going to be swarmed with Fans and the paps. Sit down we need to have a conversation. So why am I hearing that you have 2 DUI's, underage drinking at parties, and getting into fights to the point where Daniel and Dad have to bail you out every time
