Shelby's pov

Ever since word got out about the handmaids tail situation, everyone have been giving me so much hate and some days I end up in my room crying or driving to Lisa's house with Cat. My dad has been trying to stop them bashing on me but they keep getting worse. Some went to the extent and found out every one that has adopted me to let them give me hate has well. Also one of the haters somehow got into contact with my bio parents and they never gave hate or say anything of course. I haven't been posting on my channel because of the hate. I post on my instagram here and there. Its gotten so bad that I have to have a body guard to even leave my own house and one at my dads house as well as Daniel's house. I don't even feel safe at my own house. I actually have true fans that have been trying to stick up for me. 2 weeks into this all of Billie's fans have been taking my back as well defending me. I have made videos of my crying and thanking all the fans that stuck with me in all this. 

Joey- Shelby 

Shelby-Yeah

Joey- Remember you have that first interview on facetime in a minute

Shelby- Okay 

I walked into my dad's office and got set up for the interview. When it was time I hit call. They answered really quick. I put a smile on to make it seem like I was excited to do this. 

Max- Hello everyone I am joined with Shelby Graceffa today. Shelby how are you 

Shelby- I'm alright 

Max- So the handmaids tail 

Shelby- Yep

Max- Are we going to see you in anymore episodes

Shelby- No. Its not because of the cast at all it wasn't a fit for me

Max- Understandable. So what happened with that

I then saw Billie join and I got the biggest smile on my face since we were doing this live. 

Shelby- So sorry I just go distracted with Billie joining. Umm so my......my manager told me that I would be a wife and I was super excited about it. I got there and getting all ready to film for this season. When I sat down on the chair and Ann Dowd who plays Aunt Lydia came in. I was so confused because why is she walking in right now. When they told me what role I was playing that was my real reaction and I wasn't very happy about that because I actually started to experience my very first panic attack. I also am in a good place mentally, I'm happy not depressed on how many people think that I am. 

Max- And your what 16

Shelby- Yeah 16

Max- You also have been getting hate since that Is that correct

Shelby- Yes

Max- May I ask what its about

Shelby- Yeah uhhh so since my dad Joey Graceffa adopted me everyone has already been giving me hate and when I started dating Billie. But this situation is making everyone hate on me

Max- What stuff are the saying

Shelby- I don't want to get into it

Max- Its sad that people are bashing on you at the age of 16

Shelby- Yeah I wish someone would have told my bio parents that when I was 5 after they abandoned me at the local mall here

Max- You were abandoned?

Shelby- Yeah then my foster mom Lisa took me under wing putting me into my foster home for 12 years of my life
