Santana's point of view

Before dinner Changkyun and Shownu caught us all up on what's been going on between the two boys. I'm mad as hell Yeonjun is going around being a little asshole, but I can empathize with the anger he has.

The two teenagers barely touch their plates, they're too busy glaring at each other. Hyungwon notices and groans.

Hyungwon: Hey! Santana work really hard on this meal I don't care how burnt it may taste, eat!
Me: It's not burnt!
Changkyun: What did San say that one time? Oh yeah, crispé.

Monbebe come get your boys please.

Wonho: The real question is why can't you two get along?

I smile at the very naive bunny. Everyone else freezes up while he sits there like an innocent puppy.

Wonho: Highschool can be hard, shouldn't you two be friends?
Hueningkai: I don't like him, he's disrespectful.
Yeonjun: I'm not friends with trust fund babies.

They misunderstand each other.

It reminds me of the time Cina and I first met.

Me: In Kai's defense you did have a lot to say about someone you don't know, hm?

Yeonjun's face turns red.

Yeonjun: I'm s-sorry.
Me: It's okay.
Jooheon: No it's not.

I kick Jooheon under the table.

Me: As payback you two will enter that talent show at homecoming.

"WHAT?!"

They both stand to their feet. The guys look at me even more confused, I shrug.

Me: Yeonjun think of it as atoning for disrespecting your elders and Kai you're not off the hook for fighting in school. Defending me or not it isn't okay.

Oh? Does the names Sue, Tiffany, Or Jandi ring a bell?

Shut up, that was different.

Hueningkai: But..-
Me: No buts. And to make sure you two take it seriously Taeyun will be your mentor.
Hueningkai: Dear Neptune.
Yeonjun: This is insane, I don't have to listen to you.

I point my fork at him, he gulps.

Me: Sit.

Both the boys plop back down in their chairs.

Me: Before dinner I already talked to your guardian Yeonjun and she has no problem letting you come over to practice everyday after school, she actually welcome it.

His eyes widen.

I smile satisfied with my plan.

I walk into the practice room, it smells of sweat and despair.

Me: Lee from starship entertainment!

He groans unamused.

Lee: I'll never live that down huh?
Me: Nope, I need a favor.
Lee: Anything for you.
Me: Can you make sure Taeyun doesn't over do it with the boys? You know how he is.
Lee: Of course, but I don't think you have anything to worry about.

We walk next door to the second practice room, and in the middle of the floor is Yeonjun and Kai. They're trying to catch their breath while Taeyun is standing there sipping juice through a pineapple.

Me: Nothing to worry about huh?
Lee: What're you doing?
Taeyun: I gave them basic warm ups and look! Weak.

He pulls out a bullhorn.

Taeyun: Get the anchors outta' your pants! You'll never win the talent show like that!
Lee: Hyung they're highschoolers, not idols.
Taeyun: Highschoolers with potential.

Imagine my surprise when Yeonjun helps Kai to his feet. Maybe this isn't a bad idea after all.
