Seeing Giotto and company again

Today Was a usual day of training for the twins and their guardians. Due to their destructiveness the Arcobalenos brought them to an Island near Namimori where they can train outdoors anytime they wanted. A few times Tsuna would join them to practice team work, and most of the times he stayed away because a certain male Pineapple took it as regular practice to tease the demon prefect and they would normally end up fighting and causing more destruction.

In this session Tsuna was sitting in the top of a tree where he could observe everyone. Tsuna was also staring at the pictures he took of the files in the mask man office. They were records of over one hundred test subjects from Estraneo famiglia who was experimented on to be Vessels for the living night flames. He was checking each background of the persons listed one by one to see if they were still living or had children they could have passed on the living night flames to.

He was doing this in order to find the mask man's identity. There was no other recordings of these people anywhere in the world as if they never existed. The task was impossible for anyone else except Cielo27, but he had to admit that his progress was extremely slow.

“ TSUNA! I missed you!”, suddenly a familiar voice shouted next to him and the next thing he knew that same person embraced him in a near hug.
“ Giotto-nii I can't breathe. I missed you too.”, Tsuna said returning the hug.
“ So I guess my stupid boss was the only one you missed. I should have stayed in Italy.”, a grumpy voice said. It was G.

All of Giotto's guardians were now standing or sitting on an individual branch of the same tree Tsuna was sitting on.
“ Mou~ That's not true, G-nii. I missed you too. And Asari-nii, Daemon-nii, Alaude-nii, Lampo-nii, and Knuckle-nii. I hope you guys had a great time when you were away.”, Tsuna laughed happy that they were back.

“ Its good to see you again Tsuna/Omnivore/kid.”, They replied.
“ I did not have a great time, I missed my personal cute Tsuna bear.”, Giotto cried anime tears, while the others sweatdropped.
Tsuna just giggled as he let himself be hugged again.

“ Tsuna, do you know how long you have left from the Pacifier's curse?”, Giotto suddenly asked him. Tsuna seemed a little uncomfortable, but they could'nt blame him.
“ Well I had about a year left at most, but...”, Tsuna started.
“ But what?”, Giotto asked.

By this time Tsuna looked extremely guilty and avoided making eye contact, “ Around two weeks ago I went out searching for clues about that man's whereabouts after I investigated a crime scene as Cielo27. I found his base in the middle of the Ocean underneath. I got these pictures of a file in his office but when I was leaving he appeared and discovered me.”

From his expression they knew something dreadful happened next. Tsuna hugged himself as he shuddered at the memory, “ He only experimented on me, that's what he said. He didn't care about my identity, he only wanted a new experiment different from his puppets that he could observe. It hurt more that all the Estraneo experiments as he injected me with a lot of his living flames.”

“ HE DID WHAT?”, Giotto shouted leaking his KI, as well as his guardians because they too loved Tsuna and they were the ones who cared for him most of the times.

“ I said he injected some of his living flames into me. You know it have its own conciousness, so I have to suppress it and that caused me to be sick the day after. I spent a few days in a Coma because that flame was burning me from inside out the more I suppress it. And that is going to shorten my life at the rate it is.”, Tsuna said seriously.

“ Then how are you still able to suppress it?”, Giotto inquired.
“ Don't tell me your Hyper Intuition didn't tell you. My brother knows the truth from Mukuro and he apologized. He made me happy for once in a long while and that happy memory is what I am using not to be taken over by the living flame inside me.”, Tsuna said with a smile.
