fucking Christ. I didn't think that Washington was that far from New York City. I stepped out of the tiny cramped plane, only to see the complete opposite of what my mom said was 'New York City'.
"MOM! WHERE THE HELL ARE WE?!?" I scream louder than I had intended to.
"Jesus J, calm down!" She gives me a toothy smile. I send an uninterested look her way and strut off the plane.
" Are you going to answer me or?" I try to stay calm. Not only did I leave all of my friends for a great city life, but now I have neither of them.
"Well, promise not to freak out, but we are in the sunny state of Australia!"
"WHAT DID YOU JUST FUCKING SAY?!"
