"I just don't understand!" Madelyn sighed into Nadia's arms, while Nadia continued to soothe and play with her hair.
"What don't you understand?" Leo asked, trying to understand what was going on between the two.
And by the two, Leo meant Draco and Madelyn.
It was the night before Christmas ball, and Madelyn had been worrying a lot.
"He just avoids me for the past week! Like what kind of guy kisses me and then leaves! I am just so frustrated!"
Draco and Madelyn weren't speaking to each other lately. Mainly because Draco thought Madelyn was regretting saying the L word.
"I mean, I haven't told him about the band yet, so maybe that's why?"
"But how would he know about the band if you didn't tell him?"
That's when the realization came in. Madelyn had never told Draco about the band. She was so worried about how Draco would respond, when she didn't realize that if she had just told him, she'd get a faster and calmer response. But it only sprung a thought in her mind.
"Oh that sick son of a bitch."
