Thoughts/Observations:

In "Falling", it becomes apparent that something happened to Stella's hat and book. So, where did they go? She still had them when she was hit with the knife in "Wishing Dead". However, when it shows Rain checking on her in the morning after (in the same video), the hat and the book are both missing. We never find out what happened to them, but it can be presumed that Stella doesn't have them anymore, since she didn't have them in the Christmas Special either. Also, does this mean that Stella doesn't need the book to do magic? Or, is it that she has memorized how to cast the spells, and the book only makes the casting easier?

Since we're talking about spells, I think that Rain is probably a natural at magic. He (as far as we know) had never casted a spell before, but was able to cast a Return to Humanity spell on Stella. Return to Humanity does not sound like a simple or common spell, and shows or games tend to make such spells either difficult to cast, or only castable by powerful magic users. Additionally, we've only ever seen Rain read the Wither book, never cast any spells from it before then.

Also, I just want to say: poor Rain. He had to fight two people he cared about, both of whom were turned into netherkin (at least, I think Abigail was sort of turned into one? The horns didn't fall off, so...).

I can't tell whether or not Rain and Stella might have some sort of interest in each other. Like, sure, there are moments where it might seem like it, like when Rain took hold og Stella's hands  during their argument at the beginning of "Wishing Dead", but... *Shrug*.

When Stella sent the skeleton guy through the Nether Portal in "Wither Heart", she might have accidentally caused Ceris to lose against Naeus. On the Fandom, it says that Rainimator revealed that had Ceris been at full power, she would have beaten Naeus. However, Ceris fought the skeleton guy first, who weakened her to the point where she was coughing up blood, causing Naeus to be able to defeat her. At the same time, however, even Ceris struggled to beat the skeleton guy, so it is quite likely that Stella wouldn't have been able to beat him on her own.

Personally, I don't get why some people don't like Ser Patrick. Yes, he can be strict, and seem rude or inconsiderate at times, but he got placed in a hard position, where he is the leader of one of the last strongholds defending the survival of mankind. He has to make hard choices, some of which he personally may not want to make. He can't even show his feelings to others, lest people thing that he is practicing favoritism or begin to doubt his ability to lead.

Theory # 3:

I suspect that Rainimation, when he first started out, didn't intend to make a long series, or at least not continue as far or as long as he did. The first episode had all of the characters killed off/turned, such that no main character was left; it made it more like a one-time music video. Then, the next episode covered so much storyline in a single video, that he must not have planned for a long series spreading past two seasons with many episodes. Like, seriously, Rain goes to boss level pretty quickly, from being brought back from a zombie by characters we hadn't even met yet, and then pretty quickly going to the End and taming the Ender Dragon. Usually, things like that happen when someone isn't planning to continue things that far. However, Rainimator did continue the series, and to be honest, I'm glad he did.

Thoughts:

One question that could be asked and is not visibly answered is: Why did the Ender Watchers attack Frostbourne? From what I understand, they are supposed to be defenders, right? So, I don't really see how they are defending anything by attacking one of the (potentially last) major group of human resistance against the armies of undead.
