Jungkook had spent his whole afternoon doing surfing. He hadn't even realised how many hours had passed until he saw that the sky had darkened and the sun had almost set. He didn't want to get out of the water. He could literally spend the whole day surfing. He loved the adrenaline he felt when he was on his surfboard and the air hit his face while watching the waves behind him. It was just him and his surfboard. No worries. No problems.

Unfortunately, it was getting late and the black-haired boy decided that it was time for him to leave.

He had nothing else to do afterwards. He would probably return to his dorm to do nothing in particular. He would probably spend the rest of his day lying on his bed staring at the ceiling.

Truth be told, Jungkook did not have many friends to go out with despite the fact that he was pretty social. He had got to know so many people since he started college he was not close to any of them. He would occasionally hang out with people from his university but they couldn't be called his friends as they were temporary. In addition, he hadn't met someone that he genuinely found interesting and wanted to get to know more of until he met Taehyung.

There was something about the brunette that had caught his attention. He looked like a shy boy but Jungkook knew that he was more than that and he was looking forward to finding out what else he was hiding from the world.

Something about Taehyung really attracted Jungkook.

He had no idea what had gotten into him that had made him look for Taehyung's phone number and then invite him to the party since they had not known each other for a long time and Jungkook's sudden move could have scared the other out.

The black-haired boy couldn't deny the fact that he was more than excited to meet the younger the day after that at the party. He would have the chance to come closer to him snd make him feel more comfortable with him.

Jungkook grabbed the towel he had brought with him and rapped it around his body in order to dry himself.

Once he was ready to go, he took his phone out of his bags in hopes to see a message or a missed call from Taehyung even though he knew that was impossible to happen. Instead he was met with a missed call from his mother.

Jungkook was in good terms with his mother. He had nothing against her but he just didn't feel like talking to her. Since that huge fight he had with his father, he preferred to keep some distance from both of his parents. He was distant towards his father because he had hurt him and he was distant towards his mother because she had not supported him. When Jungkook's father had been screaming at him telling him how worthless he was , all his mother had done was leave the room not standing by his side as she should have.

Jungkook left a sigh and pressed her contact on his phone. He placed the device by his ear waiting for her to answer. A few seconds had passed when the ravenette heard his mother's voice talking.

" Jungkook! Hi , how are you? I didn't expect you to call me!" She said in a sweet tone, happy that her son had decided to call her.

" Hi mom, I'm fine. You called me before." Jungkook said a little coldly running his fingers through his thick black hair that were still wet.

"I know, I just wanted to ask you how you're doing. I haven't seen you in so long and I miss you, Kookie. Your father and I both miss you. You haven't even visited us for the last nine months ." Jungkook was burning with anger hearing her words.

"Is that why you called me? To tell me that I should visit you? If you're so desperate to see me then why don't you visit me , huh?" Junngkook said bitterly digging his nails into his palms trying in vain to suppress his anger.
