nini walked into her dressing room, loosening the bun that sat at the top of her hair. suddenly, the girl felt a pair of arms wrap around her, "NINIIIII!!" ricky squealed with excitement. the boy hugged nini from behind and broke out into a laughter. 

"ricky?!" nini exclaimed and quickly turned around, "you scared the shit out of me."

"mmm, sorry," ricky cooed and kicked the door shut. with no hesitation, ricky gave a soft kiss on nini's lips before falling down on her couch. he had a silly smile on his face as he spoke, "today's scene is going to be fun to film, huh?"

"yeah ... it's gonna be great," was all nini could utter out. she sat on her chair as she faced ricky who was looking at her with concern on her couch. the boy scrunched his eyebrows at let out a nervous chuckle.

"everything okay?"

nini gulped and forced a smile, "yeah .. i'll just tell you when we're done with work." 

"just tell me now."

"i don't think i should."

ricky groaned and let out a light laugh. he walked towards nini and stood in front of her, "pleaseeee," he begged and nagged on nini's arm. the girl's body stiffened and she let out a deep breath. 

nini looked at ricky who was looking at her with puppy dog eyes and had an innocent smile on his face. the girl looked away from ricky's face as she spoke, "so i've come to a conclusion."

"about what?"

nini sighed and looked up at ricky. she stood up and grabbed both of ricky's hands, "i'm ... i'm still in love with lewis."

ricky felt himself suck in a breath. he stared at nini, loss for words. he slowly pulled his hands out of nini's grip and dug them into his pockets, "so ..?"

"ricky ... i'm choosing lewis," nini quietly muttered. before ricky could say anything, there was a knock on nini's door. 

"hey nini! there's an hour until we start shooting, we need to get you ready for hair and makeup," they heard the makeup artist say through the door.

nini awkwardly cleared her throat, "okay, come back in about ten minutes please!" nini called out. she looked back at ricky who was just staring at the floor, "i'm really sorry, ricky."

ricky looked up at nini and forced a smile, "what? don't be ridiculous! there's uh .. you don't have to be sorry about anything, alright?"

"ricky .." nini quietly said but the boy just shook his head and let out an awkward chuckle.

"i'm gonna uh .. i should probably head to my dressing room," ricky told nini with a fake smile. the girl just nodded her head. without another word, ricky left nini's dressing room. ricky gently shut nini's door and walked as fast as he could to his dressing room. as soon as he reached his door, the boy closed the door and leaned his back towards it. ricky looked down to the floor and felt tears start to fill his eyes.

"don't fucking cry, ricky, i swear," the boy whispered to himself as he closed his eyes. he took in a deep breath and leaned his head against the door. he wrapped his hands around his neck and massaged it as he tried to calm himself down, "you're okay. it's okay. we both knew it was just a fling. come on, you're okay," ricky repeatedly told himself as more tears started to fall down from his eyes.

"alright! date night scene," ivan announced as everyone walked onto the set. nini and ricky glanced at each other from across the set with awkwardness, "alright let's start off with the part when aidan and grace just finished bowling! everyone clear?"
