Part 4

Toni's POV
When we get in the car I grab a blanket I packed out of my duffel bag. Mrs. Blackburn has to drive us to the 'Second Horizons' headquarters where we will be put into another vehicle to drive us to the private jet.

Apparently this camp randomly selects people in pairs. There are about 40 people selected and 8 people per jet. I'm dreading the private jet part only because I'm antisocial. I don't like people, that doesn't include Marty and her family of course.

We live 2 hours away from the headquarters which sucks, but I choose not to complain the whole car drive. Instead I go on Netflix and watch season 3 of 'The Vampire Diaries' that I downloaded last night. I drift off to sleep around the 30 minute mark.

When I wake I look at the navigation system which shows that we'll be at our destination in 3 minutes. Marty is asleep as well so I gently shake her until she wakes.

"Marty" I say softly.

"Mhmm" she says before brushing me off.

"Wake up we're almost there" I say.

She struggles to open her eyes, but surely enough she is wide awake by the time we arrive at the headquarters. I will never understand how she wakes up so fast it usually takes me 30 minutes before I'm aware of my surroundings.

"Well I guess this is it" Mrs. Blackburn says before looking in the backseat at both me and Marty.

We both smile before getting out and unloading our bags from the car. Mrs. Blackburn walks us inside and gets us checked in. I guess they do that to identify and confirm those selected.

After 5 minutes Mrs. Blackburn walks over.

"Everything is set straight. I'm just gonna wait until y'all are put in a vehicle" She says.

We both nod before looking back down at our phones. Sooner than later there's a man approaches us letting us know that our vehicle is ready.

Mrs. Blackburn stands up before hugging the both off us while adding a kiss on the forehead. She ensures us that we will be missed and she can't wait for us to come back and tell her how it went. I smile and get her one last hug before our departure.

"I love you girls" She says.

"We love you too" Me abducted Marty say at the same time.

The car is a regular limo. Just as I was thinking it was too big for me and Marty I realize that we aren't the only ones who will be-

My thoughts are interrupted by a blonde girl with a annoying voice.

"HEYYY" the blonde girl says.

"Hey" Marty says with a kind smile obviously thrown off.

Before Martha can say anything else the blonde wraps her arms around her while saying "Sorry I'm a hugger."

When she's done hugging Martha for what feels like forever she turns around with intentions to do the same with me.

"Don't" I say while putting my hand up.

She frowns, but quickly recovers by changing the subject and asking what our names are.
