When you claimed to be my friend
Forced me to think I was special
How could I not be
When you chose me
Till I stumbled across a graveyard
Where every stone bore the name of people that walked into your life
The air filled with fresh and faded cries
Calling you a killer
But I chose to ignore those signs
Until I met same destiny assigned
And you buried me alive there- a more cry added and faded

SAUDADE: Afterpain by Krishna Yadav
Poetry11 poems as it is considered a favourable number in Indian Culture. So, it contains all the bittersweet feelings we all feel and after the pain we rise like the pheonix (as already said by a great poetess humans are half pheonix)
