I admired the architecture of the buildings around school. They were very large and extravagant, no wonder this was an elite school. I wondered how far the school spanned.
"Damn... What with this school?! It's ridiculously huge!" Soma cried out. We've been walking for awhile, well Soma was. The path seemed like never ending uphill.
He was chewing on a piece of squid, a bucket and luggage in one hand and papers in the other. He groaned as he held up a piece of paper.
"When are we going to reach Polar Star Dormitory?" he read the guide. "The sun's about to set."
"I'm sure we'll be there soon," I chimed.
"I'm tired," Soma continued to complain. "To top it off, I'm freezing! I'm so hungry that the squid's not cutting it anymore..."
A gust a wind blew by and snatched a paper off. I tried to receive it but it slipped through my fingertips. I sighed and tighten my grip around his neck and rested my head.
"I think I see the dorm ahead." I said, lying to give a bit of hope to him.
"You do?!" his posture straightened and almost dropped me.

We now arrived at a run down looking building as the sun just set. Annoying crows chirped loudly, and made a lot of sound as they flapped their wings.
"Seriously?!" I took a peak at his face and he seemed to be dead. I hopped off him, gracefully landing on my feet and straighten out my clothes.
"Thanks for the ride, Soma." he didn't seem very pleased. I took my luggage out of his hands and walked up to the door, pushing it open. He shortly appeared beside me and we stepped in. I looked around. The place was very dark.
"Hello?" Soma called out. Black smoke slowly drifted down from the upper floor. "Fire?!" Then, the building started to shake. "Earthquake?!" Rapid steps got louder and animals appeared from a hallway, a girl chasing after them. They ran passed us.
