Coming back (an unOrdinary fanfiction)

Chapter 1

Seraphina was running through the halls, altough she knew she wouldn't be able to escape, not only Zeke was way faster than her, he already hit her with his ability, she had at least a broken rib, he would catch her at any moment, but she was hoping to find someone who could help her, which was hard because classes had already started. If only she could just get to her classroom, that would be enough.

- Where the fuck do you think you're going?! You won't escape!

Just after she heard him, he grabbed her by her hair, forcing her to stop, then he grabbed her by the collar hoisting her up into the air. She was breathing heavily, and his grip only tightened.

He's going to beat me up anyway, I should at least put up a fight!

She tried to kick him in the balls, but it was futile, he had activated his defensive form, and was now smirking at her useless atempt to break free.

- You bitch, did you really thought it was going to be that easy? I was just going to beat you up, but since you tried this, I should teach you a lesson you won't forget.

- Wha- She couldn't even react, Zeke slammed her back against the wall, Seraphina gasped, spitting blood, with her back damaged, she was certain she wouldn't be able to walk away, even if he went away now.

But Zeke had other plans, he leaned in close to lick her face, she shivered, but after a moment she suddenly gathered the strenght to scream.

- ZEKE WHAT ARE YOU DOING YOU SICK PERVERT?!

Then Zeke dropped her to the floor and proceeded to unzip his pants and started to take off his belt.

Please no...

John didn't feel like going class, but at the same time, he didn't have anywhere to go, so he just wandered around the school, enjoying that everyone else was in class and there was no one bothering him.

Knowing about the Safe House ruined his mood, he was certain those Royals wanted to turn the school against him, and if they did, he would have to repeat what he did in New Bostin, the sole idea of seeing Seraphina alongside them made him sick, he wanted to believe she wouldn't do that, but then again, he thought the same about Claire and she proved him wrong, he stopped there and thought about going to Woaba Boba, but hesitated, that was "their" place, he just wanted to take her off his head and going there wouldn't help.

- !!!

He suddenly heard a voice he could recognize very well and a strong hit, he walked over there, just to be sure it wasn't anything, but then he heard that same voice screaming

- "ZEKE WHAT ARE YOU DOING YOU SICK PERVERT?!"

He couldn't help but getting scared of what was happening, so he ran at full speed and when he turned the corner saw Zeke dropping a beaten Seraphina to the floor and unzipping his pants.

YOU SON OF A BITCH! YOU ARE DEAD!

Then he ran and activated his ability.

The next thing Seraphina saw was Zeke receiving a punch to the jaw that threw him several feets away from her, when she looked up she saw John looking at her with a worried look, and for the first time, she saw his eyes glowing, she didn't notice the tears forming in her eyes, and as soon John noticed it, he glared at Zeke with the angriest expression she had ever seen, and walked to him, just to kick him on the ribs.

- WHAT THE FUCK DID I TELL YOU ABOUT LAYING A FINGER ON HER?!

She could easily note the anger in every word he said, Zeke did as well, but even if he wanted to say anything, his dislocated jaw prevented it. However John didn't have enough, he started kicking Zeke once and again, crushing his ribs and leaving him unconscious after kicking his face, his kicks were so hard that he cracked the wall as well.

Then he heard someone collapsing behind him, he remembered Seraphina and went to her side, when he placed his hand on her shoulder, she panicked, seeing her in such a state pained him a lot, but he was glad he was able to prevent any irreversible damage, he wanted her to feel safe, so he had to show her that he was there for her.

Please tell me you are alright

- Hey, it's ok, you are safe now- she looked at him and couldn't help but start sobbing, John didn't know what to do, he wanted to hug her, he really did, but after seeing how panicked she was before, he was unsure. Luckily for him, he didn't have to keep thinking about it, because she hugged him, still crying against his chest.

He decided to do the same and returned the embrace, being careful to not hurt her anymore, he could feel how she relaxed to his embrace, and wanted to reassure her.

- I'm here, you don't have to worry anymore.

Seraphina was still sobbing, but gathered the strenght to talk to her savior.

- T-thank you, i-if it wasn't for y-you, h-he was g-going t-

- Don't worry about him, no one is going to touch you ever again.

John was still shocked, even if he knew Zeke was a piece of shit, he never expected him to try something like this.

Over the last week, he wondered if he was doing the right thing, he asked for a signal, something, that showed him what to do, now he figured this was the answer he was waiting for: he needed to stop, he needed to remember why he started this whole mess, from now on, he wouldn't leave her alone, he was going to be by her side no matter what.

- Hey, can you walk?- He asked.

- N-no, I've tried when you were b-beating him up, b-but I couldn't even s-stand.

- Then hold on tight, I'm taking you to the infirmary.

John picked her up bridal style, while Seraphina was still hugging him, and he made his way to the infirmary, leaving Zeke's bloody figure behind.

Well, this is the first chapter of the first story I've ever wrote. Ngl, I liked it a lot more when I was writing it than now, but since the point of this is just have some fun, I'll post it anyways. I don't really know how many chapters this story could have, so far I've got the first three and some ideas for two or three more, but I guess the "inspiration" I get it's going to depend on what the original story makes me feel haha. Hope someone reads this, I'll update as soon as a finish editing Ch. 2. Everyone be safe!
