Jungkook remained silent, not knowing what to say.
Silence surrounded them after that.
"How long will it take for you to be honest with me?" He trailed off.
Jimin's words were like needles going through Jungkook's heart. He felt helpless for not being able to open up to him. He was right. Why was it so hard for him to tell him about his fears? He was a very important part of his life and still don't have the courage to be honest with him.
After hearing no response from him, Jimin turned around and went back to where he came from. He didn't want for him to leave so he grabbed his wrist firmly in order to stop him. Jimin was surprised by his reaction and he looked into his eyes. Jungkook's face was full of pain and confusion. It was then that he realised the damage he had caused with his words. He couldn't help feeling guilty when he saw that all he did was hurt him even more.
Jimin rejoined and placed his hand on Jungkook's face to comfort him. Jungkook responds to his touch by closing his eyes. All he wanted at that moment was to feel his warm and soft hands on his face. As he was stroking his face, Jungkook opened his eyes and look at him. His eyes were filled with insecurity and Jimin took him into his arms.
"Please, don't push me away." He whispered in his ear as he tighten the hug.
