5. Take breaks and have enough sleep

This is very crucial when it comes to our brain to rest, but you probably surprise that some students forgot to take breaks. Unfortunately, if you forgo resting and sleeping this will eventually going to exhaust yourself. So, exhausted student tends to not fare well in class and modules, in some cases this may even be the reason why others fail in their chosen course. Taking breaks and having enough sleep will do a good world for you.
