"Hey sorry to cut your goodbye's short but you got ten minutes. There is a lot of traffic and we gotta hit the road a little earlier than scheduled" Little Jewels said. Patience turned back nodding. "She's got you on a tight schedule or what?" Spencer smiled when Patience sighed. "If you only knew". "How long are you going to be gone for?" Spencer asked. "Four weeks minimum," Patience said. "I'm going to miss you but I know you're going to kill it. When you become this big shot don't forget about me" Spencer smiled pulling her in for another hug. "Same goes for you, and Spence...?" Patience trailed off. "Yeah, Patience?".

"Just take care of Coop. I know you two aren't on the best of terms right now and I know she doesn't want to talk. But just look out for her, you know Coop she doesn't think with her head sometimes. I know her emotions are a bit high, but just give her some time. Before you know it, you both will be back to being friends. Friends fight Spence, but you both are family, and blood runs thicker than water. So don't let your fight destroy the years you've built together" Patience said letting out a long sigh. Spencer nodded staying silent letting the words sink in. "Don't worry about Coop, go be a pop star and I'll look after her until you get back" Spencer smiled easing Patience's worries. "Thanks, Spence," Patience said when The both of them turned to see Layla walking up behind them. Spencer froze in place, stuffing his hands in his pockets. For a moment his eyes met Layla's before turning his head away breaking his gaze.

"Thought I'd drop this off before I didn't get a chance to say goodbye. I'm so proud of you. And maybe when you get back you can sign with me. I already have big plans for us". "The goodie bag is everything you'll need to make the tour bus your home for the next couple of weeks" Layla continued pulling Patience into a hug. "Girl you didn't have to," Patience said with tears in her eyes. "I wanted to. Gotta keep my future artist happy. And if you need anything don't hesitate to call. Turns out, I have a lot of time on my hands these days, right Spence?" Layla turned to look at Spencer when Patience looked at the both of them confused. "Should I know what's going on between the two of you?" Patience asked when both Layla and Spencer both shook their head. "No". "Alrighty then, that's my queue to go. See you guys soon," Patience said squeezing them both for one last hug before walking up the steps into the tour bus.

Both Layla and Spencer stood six feet apart from each other, waving goodbye to patience as the bus started its engine and slowly drove away. The both of them stayed silent for a moment when the air had become dense. Clearing his throat, Spencer turned towards Layla. "Look, Layla..." Immediately cutting him off. "Spence don't...please. The more I need from you is your lying. I'm done, Spence. I already told you all of what I needed to say. Just being near you, is hard enough but we share the same friends. So please I'm begging you, let's just make it easier on the both of us and stop talking" Layla said while her eyes filled with tears. Spencer stayed silent when Layla let out a scoff. "Unbelievable...after all of that you're not going to say a word. Typical guess it was a good thing we broke it off when we did" Layla said walking away leaving Spencer alone wondering if he'd regret not chasing after her. Listening to what Dr. Spears said, Spencer, sighed deeply slowly turning around walking the other way.

"Hey Coop, I guess your phone must be disconnected or something...but I just wanted to let you know that I waited for you for as long as I could. Little Jewels has us on a tight schedule. Guess I'll see you when I get back to Crenshaw. Just take care of yourself, Coop. I love you, and I'll miss you. See you soon..." the voicemail went silent when Coop's heart fell to the pit of her stomach. Clearing her throat, she focused on the task at hand. Putting her phone away, she knew the only thing left that had been holding her back had been the lady standing before her, with her back turned to Coop. Coop clenched her fists knowing she had one last person she needed to deal with. The woman who'd been back to Crenshaw to terrorize her life, ending all the relationships she loved, now left her alone. Worried about if this woman would be after her and Spencer, left Coop angry and alone. Monique turned around facing Coop with a sly grin crept across her lips, she nodded. Now face to face with the last person that had been holding her back, Coop knew what she had to do next.
