(Virat was sitting in the hall because Usha Maushi still hadn't arrived. He was in deep thoughts about what had just happened in Sai's room. About how close he was to Sai, and how he was about to kiss her bare neck while tying the dori.)

Virat: What happened to me? Main kyun itna kheecha chala jaa raha tha Sai ki aur? Control yourself Virat. Aakhir tumhe ho kya gaya hain? Jab se Sai se mila hain, sirf ussi ke baare mein sochta reheta hain. Don't forget, she is your responsibility. Uss se zyaada kuch bhi nahin. Aur waise bhi, tu ne Pakhi ko bhi promise diya hain ki tere dil mein aur koi nahin aayega. Do not complicate things Virat.

(Virat is lost in his thoughts which is broken by a knock on the door. Sai rushes to open it, but Virat signals her to stop. He then gets up to check it himself.)

Sai: Maushi hongi.

(Virat goes to open the door and sees Maushi. He then greets her.)

Maushi: Saheb, aap yahan?

Virat: Woh Sai ko ghar pe akela nahin chod sakta. Aur aap bahar thi toh main bas aap hi ke aane ka wait kar raha tha. Main ab chalta hoon.

Sai: Rukiye Virat Sir.

(Sai calls out Virat. Virat turns around with a confusing look on his face.)

Virat: Kya hua Sai?

Sai: Aap aaye hi hain toh khaana kha ke jaiyie.

(Virat smiled a little. For the first time Sai asked him to stay over. Maushi goes to prepare the food while the two are busy chit chatting.)

(Change of Scene)

(Pakhi is sitting on her bed remembering the moments she spent with Virat. Her dancing on his singing, his promise. However, soon tears start rolling down her cheeks thinking about the fact that she is now married, and that Virat might have moved on with Sai.)

Pakhi: Main nahin kar paa rahi move on Virat. Samrat ke saath apne rishtey ko mauka dena chahati hoon lekin mere dil aur dimag mein sirf tum ho. Aur tumhare kareeb rehene ke liye hi toh maine yeh shaadi ke liye haan kiya tha. Lekin ab toh tum hi mujhe chod ke chale gaye. Ab toh tumhari baaton se toh aisa lagta hain ki tum uss Sai ke kaafi kareeb bhi ho chuke ho.

(Pakhi cries thinking of Virat always talking about Sai, and ignoring her when she needs him the most. Just then Samrat enters the room and sees her crying. Pakhi quickly wipes her tears. Samrat walks up to her, and places his hand on her shoulder.)

Samrat: Patharlekha, mujhe yeh toh nahin pata tum roh kyun rahi ho. Aur main yeh bhi jaanta hoon ki tum mere poochne pe bhi nahin bataougi. Lekin tumhe itna zaroor assure kar sakta hoon ki jab bhi tumhe kuch bhi baat karni ho toh tum mujhse kar sakti ho. I know yeh ek arrange marriage hain aur hummey ek dusre ko jaan ne ka zyaada mauka bhi nahin mila. Isiliye agar tum chaho toh we can take things slowly, and start with being friends. Har relationship mein understanding hona zaroori hain. Aur humara rishta pati patni ka kya abhi toh dosti ka bhi nahin hain. We are complete strangers. Toh kya tum dost banogi meri? Pata nahin tum iss shaadi se khush ho bhi yah nahin. Agar tumhe is rishtey ko ek mauka dena hain toh dosti se shuru karein?

(Samrat looks with hopeful eyes, and extends his hand hoping that Pakhi will place her hand in his. So many thoughts were going in Pakhi's mind about Virat, and what happened in the past few months. However, she decides to try to move on. With a slight smile on her face, she places her hand on his.)

Pakhi: Friends.

(Samrat too smiles back and shakes her hand.)

Pakhi: Thank you mujhe time aur space dene ke liye.

(Change Of scene )

(Sai is laying down in her bed with her Abba's photo frame. She is sharing all the events that took place that day with Abba.)

Sai: Abba main jaanti hoon ki aap humesha mere aas paas hi ho. Aur mujhe sun bhi sakte ho. Toh jaise main aap se humesha apne dil ka haal batati thi, aaj bhi wohi karoongi. Main nahin jaanti aap ne Virat Sir se exactly kya kaha tha. Lekin main unn par trust karti hoon kyun ki aap unn par trust kartey hain. Main jaanti hoon un mein aap ne kuch toh dekha ho ga joh meri zimedari unhe di hain aap ne Abba. Ab agle hafte meri entrance exam ke results aa jayenge aur mujhe scholorship bhi mil jayegi. Phir main Nagpur shift ho jaungi hostel mein. Aur aapka aur mera sapna poora karungi ek successful doctor ban ne ka. Dr. Sai Joshi MBBS. Aap aur bappa apna ashirwaad humesha mere saath rakhna.

(Sai hugs the frame, and kisses it. She then puts it back on the dressing table. She looks in the mirror, and remembers what happened with Virat and her earlier in the morning. How close they were, what Virat was about to do, and how his touch had a different effect on her.)

Sai: Tujhe apne aur apne Abba ka sapna poora karna hain. Aur tu kya soch rahi hain? Paagal.

(Sai brushed away her thoughts, and headed towards her bed to go to sleep.)
