Hey guys! Welcome to The Writer's Block Writing Contests. I'll get right to the rules and general info, but first I wanna give a bit of an explanation behind this idea. Feel free to skip this bit.
I think we can all agree that writer's block sucks, and that almost every writer has suffered from it. That includes me. I used to try and just push past this, but whenever I looked back on the pieces I'd written during a block, I realized they were absolutely awful and would need to be rewritten.
Then I figured that if I couldn't make my main project work, I might as well try and get something else done. And putting my attention somewhere else did help. I'm not saying this will work for everyone; every individual is obviously different, which means that whatever works for me, might not work for you.
However, even if it doesn't break your writer's block, you might at least have some fun trying your hand at something completely new.
A final thing: I will thankfully not be doing this alone. The wonderful Larissa (0hmydreamersx) has agreed to help me out, so definitely go check her out as she will be involved in this.
And with that, let's get on to the actual interesting bits, shall we ;)
