camers zooms into ned, wearing his iconic hat from liz's party because that hat's too iconic and appears to be standing infront of Taco Bell

Ned: Yeah I dunno why I'm at Taco Bell. Peter told me this one guy that he knows knows a guy that knows a ton of people wanted to meet with me and apparently he has this cockroach music and its really cool and he also has this van that he borrows from the guy Peter knows that knows him, and I'm just really excited to finally meet someone I'm stuck with old people

Peter (behind the camera): Hey I'm not old!

Ned: Well in terms of our friendship. Like, we've been friends for a while and as much as I really like being your guy in the chair I need more people. I need to be social for once

Peter: Yeah you probably do

Ned: Um anywho I'm also just really excited for some food I'm hungry

la cucaracha begins playing behind the camera. Peter, who is apparently the cameraman, does a full 180 (almost 360. flexing who?) a window pulls down from the X-Con van

Luis: Ayyyyyy Neddy how you doin'! I'm here for some tacos, and Peter and Scotty told me a lot about you. If you want we can take the van and spray paint it red I don't like the orange color much but I feel like it suits the company, but doesn't, ya know? Anyway we getting mcflurries and chicken waffles to go with the tacos or we sittin' down for some wine tasting. I did that with my counsin Ernesto once. I was great. He told me this one guy had a safe and he was gone for a week so Scotty was all like-

Ned and Peter look at each other, then back at Luis again

Luis: (deep voice) I need da tip cause I need some cash money so I was like-

Ned and Peter proceed to look at Scott

Scott: Yeah he's always like this, but he's a good friend and is nice once you get to know him. 

Ned shrugs as they go inside. Peter's hiding the camera so they don't get in trouble, and somehow gets really good footage. Scott's just trailing behind everyone, and Luis is practically skipping. Once they get seated Luis pulls out the wine bottle from this backpack that came out of no where, and Ned gets some water for himself and tacos for both of them 😌

Ned: So, uh, how'd you find out Scott was Ant-Man?

Luis: (mission impossible music starts playing) Well, see, that's complicated. 'Cause when I first met Scotty, he was in a bad place. And I'm not talking about cell block D. His wife had just filed for divorce. And I was like, "Damnnn, homie, she dumped you while you were in lock-up?" And he's like, "Yeah, I know. I thought I was gonna be with her forever, but now, I'm all alone!" And I was like, "Damnnnn, homie, you gotta chin up. 'Cause you'll find a new partner. But you know what? I'm Luis." And he says, "You know what? I'm Scotty. And we're gonna be best friends."-
