I called everyone to me so I could make an announcement. Everyone was soon gathered around me sweating from practice.

"Yes captain?" Inuoka says and everyone nods. "Well tomorrow someone new is gonna be joining the team, so make him feel welcome, yea?"

"Oh? Is it our female manager?" Yamamoto asked. I rolled my eyes. "No, he's a player."

Kenma hummed. "What's his name?" Yaku asked. "I don't know, coach just told me to tell you that we'll see tomorrow. Now everyone back to practice."

"Yes captain!" Kenma just stood there. "What's up KenKen?" He just looked over at the corner. I sighed. "Ok, only 10 minutes." Pleased, he went and sat down, pulling his game out.

"Captain stop playing favorites!" Yamamoto says. "Shut up or go run laps!"

The end of the day came and it was my turn to lock up, Kenma waited patiently for me with his game.

"Alright let's go kitten." He hummed and started walking with me. "Hey Kuro." I looked over at my best friend with a small smirk. "Hm?"

"Didn't..you get a new neighbors yesterday?" I forgot about that. "Oh yea, my mom wanted to invite them over the weekend.."

"Knew it...I'll come too."

"For the apple pie?"

"For the apple pie."

I laughed a little, of course.

Next day

Me and Kenma went our separate ways to class.
