Hinata is a social butterfly, we all know this, but I feel like he would befriend people who are very problematic and wouldn't notice or know they're problematic until they say and do problematic things in front of him and I feel like he wouldn't know how to deal with it and asks for his friends for advice
He would definitely feel uncomfortable around them after that
I feel like that very much applies to high school Hinata. timeskip Hinata would've probably called out those problematic people
