Alphas- Populate 34% of the world. They are to be respected and dominate others. They go through rut, their version of heat.
Betas- Populate 65% of the world. They are usually give birth by 2 Betas. They populate most of the world and go through heat.
Omegas- Populate 1% of the world. They are very rare to be found and usually have a special talent at something. If a male were an Omega, then they'd be able to give birth just like a female. They go through heat.
When somebody is mated and is sure they'll be together forever, they mark each other. Marking will produce a scent to let others know that they are taken. Most peoples types kick in at age 16. When they do, their pheromones become stronger. The pheromones tend to attract more people. To prevent to much attention, there are scent blockers. Scent blockers will block the pheromones until said person becomes marked. Then there is no use for the scent blocker.
