Chapter 5- Years past

Ok so guys I'm going to update this after every episode in season 5!

Kinley's POV

*season 5 episode 10*

Me, Carl, and Judith were sitting in the back of the truck.
A lot of things happened.
Beth is gone forever.
Daryl and Maggie are a wreck.
I feel bad for both extremely.

Katie got bit when she tried to find me and Carl. I still don't know what happened to Niall, Brad, Greyson, and Sidney. I hope there okay.

Me and Carl have fallen for each other harder the past few months I've noticed. I'm perfectly fine with it. Always will be.

Carl had Judith in his arms. I laid against him and he gave Judith to Rick and wrapped his arms around me.
I smiled and laid down so my head was on his lap.
He looked down at me so I could see his blue eyes. I looked at them and smiled.

Carl smiled and leaned down and gave me a quick peak on the lips.
I smiled.
Carl began playing with my hair.
I laughed a small and quite laugh.
Carl smiled.

We were driving to a place Beth wanted to take Noah too.
Noah's a sweet guy tbh.
He's friendly as well.
As soon as we got there, Rick, Michonne, Tyrese, Noah, and Glenn got out.

We followed but Rick stopped us.
"It's not safe enough, we don't know what's behind the gates." Rick said.
We both sighed not wanting to argue.
"What are we supposed to do then?" Carl asked sitting down frustrated.
Rick smiled making me laugh.

"Not to crazy." Rick said closing the door.
We both laughed knowing we would end up making out in the next 10 seconds.
We went back to the position we were.
Carl kissed me every now and then making me smile.

Carl smiled.
"Come on." Carl asked looking from me to the door.
"We're supposed to stay here." I said looking at Carl.
"I know but I'm bored." Carl said sighing.

"Come on." I said getting up and walking out.
I climbed on top of the truck and Carl came with me.
We both laid down beside each other as I was laying my head on his chest.

I stared at the blue sky. No clouds.
"There's no clouds." I said pointing up.
Carl looked up and sighed.
"That stinks we can't make out shapes." Carl said.
I smiled.
Carl looked at me making me smile again.

He leaned down and kissed me.
I kissed back and sat up not breaking the kiss.
Carl flipped me over somehow so I was on my back and he was hovered over me.
He deepened the kiss making me go all crazy in the inside.

"We don't need any babies!" Daryl yelled making us both pull away and laugh.
Daryl always said that lately.
But after Beth he hasn't been the same.
We sat up and looked at Daryl.

"Just hug or something!" Daryl said.
We both laughed.
"That's not fun!" Carl yelled.
We all 3 laughed and I hit Carls arm making him go off the truck.
I screamed and grabbed his hand.
He laughed and held on to my hands.

I pulled him back up and hugged him.
"Carl that wasn't funny." I said as he hugged back.
"I know I'm sorry." Carl said.
I sighed.
"Maybe Daryl was right I like these hugs." Carl said making me laugh.

He chuckled.
"Much better! But no fallen off of cars!" Daryl yelled grabbing his crossbow and winking at me.
I smiled and pulled away from Carl.
He smiled and leaned in to kiss me.

"No babies Carl Grimes." I said.
He laughed and nodded.
He kissed me and I kissed back.
Carl slowly leaned closer and closer making me go to where I was completely on my back.

He hovered over me again.
"Go Carl!" Tara yelled.
Carl grunted and pulled away making me laugh.
"2nd time." Carl said sitting up.
I laughed at Carl being so annoyed.

"Stop it." Carl said whacking me.
"Ow." I said sitting up.
Tara laughed and walked over to the group.
We got down from the truck and went inside.
"Can we continue?" Carl asked locking the doors.
I laughed and laid down on my back on the seat.

Carl smiled and hovered back over me and smashed his lips into mine.
I kissed back immediately.
Carl made the kiss deeper.
My goodness my whole body freaked out and had a weird feeling that I can't explain.
Sparks.

I didn't know what hit me.
I wrapped my arms around Carl and pulled him down making him chuckle in the kiss.
Carl deepened the kiss again.

I kissed back the same way he did.
He let out a weird sound making me laugh in the kiss.
Carl chuckled never breaking the kiss.
"Guys." Daryl pounded on the window.
Good thing it was tinted.

Carl groaned and got off of me.
He opened the door as I sat up.
"Tyrese." Daryl said.
My heart sunk and my stomach dropped.
We all got in the car with everyone else and drove to a meadow by the woods.

As soon as we got there I let tears fall.
"Oh god." Carl said looking out the window.
Tyrese was on the ground.
All I could see was his hands and a blanket over him.

The car stopped and Carl got out.
I jumped out and ran.
Daryl stopped me and pulled me back.
I cried into his chest knowing he was gone.
Tyrese was such a caring person.
Really kind, sweet, and everything the apocalypse needed.

"Carl..." Daryl said pulling away and kissing my head.
Carl came over to me and hugged me.
I hugged back and cried.
"It's okay princess." Carl whispered.
I shook my head.
"It's only been 17 days." I said looking up at Carl.
Beth died 17 days ago and now Tyrese.
It wasn't fair.

I guess Carl saw my face and it made his heart break. I could see it in his eyes.
"I know." Carl said pulling me closer.
I sighed and let more tears fall.
"C'mon." Daryl said with his hand on my shoulder.
I sighed and pulled away from Carl.

Carl wrapped his arm around my waist from the side and pulled me close.
We walked together to the grass part.
There was a big whole with dirt on top and there was no grass.

Rick was angrily sad putting dirt over it.
He saved Judith's life and didn't deserve to die.
Carl sighed and walked over to where everyone was standing.

Daryl had Judith.
He walked over to us and handed Judith to Carl.
Carl pulled away from me and grabbed Judith. I smiled.

*father Gabriel preaches for Tyrese*

I let tears fall as he talked.
He finished and closed his bible.
Carl noticed me and hugged me still holding Judith.
We couldn't hug perfectly because of Judith in Carls arms.
Rick saw that we were trying to hug so he grabbed Judith.

Carl smiled and gave Judith over so he could hug me better.
I hugged back and snuggled up to him.
"He's with Karen now." Carl said.
Carl told me about a sickness that happened right before I came at the prison.
Karen was Tyrese girlfriend.
She got killed by Carol because of the sickness.

I smiled imagining Tyrese, Beth, Karen, and all of the other people we all losted with angel wings, hugging each other, and looking down on us.
My mom, dad, and Carls mom.

Carl kissed my head and pulled away.
We walked back to the truck and got in.
I sat by the window and Carl sat beside me.
Rick, Daryl, Judith, Glenn, and Maggie were in the truck with us.

I looked out the window at the sun set.
It shined brighter when I looked at it.
I let tears fall smiling.
I was right, they were looking down on us.

Carl noticed me and hugged me from the side. I snuggled up to him as he had his arm wrapped around me.
"Don't cry anymore please." Carl whispered.
"There happy tears you could say." I said looking from the sun to Carl.

Carl smiled knowing what I was thinking and talking about.
He kissed my lips slowly and I kissed back slowly.
He pulled away and I snuggled up to him.

I closed my eyes and fell asleep with the beautiful sun seat beaming at me.
