Who is she?

Jess's pov
I woke up next to Dan and Phil, my eyes were stinging like mad because of how much crying I did the previous night
I decided to get up without waking them and get changed because it was another show day for my brothers, which also means I get to see Cole again, I'm so excited
I get out a light grey hoodie and a pair of ripped jeans and my heeled boots and decided to straighten my hair

It took me a while to straighten my hair because it is literally down to my ass and with minimal burns I successfully managed to straighten it
I put on my makeup which took me around about 45 minutes to do and finally I was ready

I walked out into the lounge to see Dan who was already up and dressed and Phil who was in his room getting ready
"How long Was in there?" I asked confusedly, it didn't seem like a long time to me but clearly it was
"You were in there for ages, I legit thought you fell asleep" Dan says while giggling and coming over to me and gave me a hug "you look nice hun, how you feeling today?" He asked me "aww thank you Dan, you look amazing today too and I'm miles better today and I get to see Cole again which is a plus" I say jumping in excitement, Dan rolled his eyes "you with your bloody Cole" he mutters while folding his arms
"Oh shush Dan I'm allowed to feel things" I say while giggling

Phil was finally ready, he came out of his room and smiled at me "good morning" he says opening his Arms, I practically ran into his arms "good morning" I almost shout in excitement "wow you're in a good mood" Phil says sounding kinda shocked "I know right it's a miracle" Dan says sarcastically making me laugh "yeh I'm feeling better today" I say while smiling
"Aww that's good" Phil says smiling back "Jess I don't wanna see any making out when we get there I just want to make one thing clear" Dan says pointing his finger at me
I just roll my eyes and Phil giggles "he's not funny Phil!" I say folding my arms
"Okayyy I'm sorry, what time do we have to be there for?" Dan asks "ummm about 15 minutes" Phil says checking his phone
"You wanna start heading there now?" Dan asks "yeah are we all ready?" Phil asks "I am" I say "yepppp" Dan adds

We leave the tour bus and start heading towards the venue, they're preforming in Nashville tonight which is so cool! I love Nashville so much, it is honestly such a pretty place
We get into the venue and head to Dan and phil's dressing rooms
They do any last minute checks to make sure they look presentable "I need to sort your hairs out, they need to look perfect!" I say adamantly which running my fingers thought Dan's curls to make sure they don't look flatttt
I then make sure Phil doesn't have any splinges because there is nothing worse than a fringe gap
"Are you done pruning is now?" Phil asks sounding fed up with my obsession of making sure his hair was perfect "yes I am, you both look absolutely fabulous, I'm so proud of you two, I feel like I don't say it enough but I genuinely love you both and so proud of you and so grateful you've taken me in when no one else would, good luck both of you, you'll do brilliant" I say hugging them both "we love you so much too hun and like we've said we're going to be here no matter what" Dan says rubbing my back

"Right you two get your butts on that stage and entertain those lovely people!!" I say motivationally, Phil puts his arm around me as we walk towards the main stage
I wave them off as they go do their show, I'm so proud of them it's unreal
However, I look around and I can't see any sign of Cole, I decided to look for him, I checked in the hair and beauty department to see if he was there with his mum, he wasn't
A few minutes passed of me looking for him and just as I was about to give up on looking for him, out of the corner of my eye I say him he was a few feet away from where I originally was, but he wasn't alone, he was with a girl, she was tall, blonde with deep brown eyes and was just genuinely very pretty

He hadn't noticed me yet, I looked down to see they were holding hands, at this point my heart shattered, I know me and him weren't together or anything but it still hurt to see that because I did start catching feelings but what made it worse is....they kissed right in front of me
I could've literally cried at that moment but no, I didn't want to, I'm not going to run after some boy I barely know, I'm gonna sit my ass back down in that seat and watch the only two guys in my life that I'll ever need, my older brothers, I walked over to my chair and made eye contact with Cole
He completely freaked out and let go of this girls hand

I didn't react, I just sat down and watched my brothers, they were doing so well, they were just being their natural goofy, fun, lovable selves
"Hey Jess" Cole said standing next to me "hi" I said quietly not even acknowledging the fact He was there "I'm guessing you saw what happened between me and Lucy?" He asked guiltily "who? Oh yeh that girl, yeh I saw but what's it got to do with me?" I asked still not looking at him
"It doesn't bother you?" He asked me shocked "why should it bother me Cole? We're not together nor will we ever be together, like I'd ever need you, I don't need anyone romantically involved in my life to make me feel happy or secure, I don't know you, I was doing perfectly fine in my life before I met you, I'm positive I can cope now, goodbye" I say confidently

Little did I know there was a microphone on backstage which picked up the whole thing, everyone heard me, I look over at Dan and Phil who are staring back at me when all of a sudden everyone started cheering
Dan waved for me to come on stage "that was my badass little sister guys she doesn't need no one!!!" He says proudly hugging me
I was so shocked and a Little embarrassed that just happened, everyone was just cheering, "I'm proud of you" Phil says rubbing my shoulder "the moral of this story is you don't need no man, women or partner in your life to make you happy or feel secure, you can do that for yourself because you're strong enough" Dan says to everyone who continue to yell

End of the show
I eventually went backstage to my seat until Dan and Phil had finished on stage and quickly ran off stage and embraced me
I nuzzled my face into Dan's stomach "Dan you were right, he is a piece of shit" I say laughing "hey I never said that but I'm gonna agree with you, even thought you weren't together that's gonna affect you or in your case make you realise your worth and you're worth so much more than that" Dan says placing his hand on my shoulder "damn right you are" Phil said picking me up, I hugged him tightly and burying my Face into his shoulder
"I'm so proud of you both" I say "we're more proud of you! You're a powerful young lady" Phil says "aww thank you" I say on the verge of happy tears
"Anyway I haven't told you this yet Dan, tomorrow is our free day, so I decided as a little bit of fun, I bought us tickets to 6 flags!" Phil says excitedly "OH MY GOD YES!" I yell hugging him tighter "Phil how did you hide that from me! But thank you, that's gonna be so fun" Dan says patting his shoulder
"No problem I'm looking forward to it, so I think we should head back and get a decent night sleep ready for tomorrow, what we all thinking!" He said
"Yes, I'm knackered anyway" I say drowsily drooping into phil's arms making him laugh "lets get back then" Dan says rubbing my arm

On the way back to the tour bus I fell asleep on Phil which by now is really expected of me, I'm a very tired person the majority of the time
I hear the door open and Dan and Phil walking in, I keep my eyes closed although I'm awake "she can sleep with me tonight, I don't want her randomly waking up and having nightmares of where she is" Dan whispers to Phil, he knows me so well, "okay, you were amazing on stage today by the way Dan, I was very proud of you" Phil says "aww thank you Phil that's so sweet, you were just as great thought, I think together we make the ultimate team but separately we'd just crumble" Dan says while laughing
"Most definitely" Phil says placing me on Dan's bed and giving Me a kiss on the forehead, "Goodnight" he says to Dan while giving him a hug "see you in the morning, also thanks for this Phil" Dan says again "it's honestly no problem, have a good sleep" he adds "you too" Dan calls back
He crawls next to me and wraps me in his arms, I nuzzle my head into his chest slowly falling asleep to the steady rate of his heart
