Productive Day

Today I was doing a productive day for myself. I've spent the last few days crying about losing my baby, so I wanted to give myself a self care day. Today is Wednesday so no one should be here except Austin who I offered to babysit.

I woke up that day at seven a.m and made us eggs and bacon. "Here you go bubs." I set his plate down and sat next to him with my own plate. "Thank you sissy." I smiled at him and about ten minutes later we were done eating and Austin was upstairs playin in his room.

The first thing I wanted to do was clean my room since it was a mess, and I also wanted to set up the roll up ladder that I bought for Marcus so he could get in easier.

I started with my room and picked up all the dirty clothes and threw them in a basket. Next, I made my bed and disinfected my surfaces. I didn't have to wash my sheets since I did that the last time we had sex.

My 'chillz' playlist played in the background as I vacuumed my floors. Next, it was time for the bathroom which was honestly my favorite part of cleaning up. I cleaned my shower, toilet and sink then disinfected everything.

It was about twelve o'clock and time for lunch and I just made us sandwiches and chips, and for myself some iced coffee along with that.

"Here you go." He thanked me and ate while I made my coffee. I started with ice then poured in the coffee, next was the creamer which mixed with almond milk and frothed it with the frothier so it was thick.

I poured it on top, put a little sugar then mixed it up and drank it. "That's good." I mumbled and sat down and ate my lunch making small talk with Austin. "What we're you doing up there?"

"I was cleaning just like you!" "Really? That's great Austin!"

"Thank you."

After we ate I finished cleaning my bathroom then sweeped and mopped. It was around one-thirty, so I wanted to focus on myself now. I got in the shower, washed my body, exfoliated and washed my hair.

I got out the shower and put on one of Marcus' hoodies and spandex. Then I detangled my hair, defused it and put it into a sleek low bun. I lotioned my body, put on deodorant, and did my skincare.

I felt good, like I didn't just have a miscarriage.

I went to check up on Austin and he was laying on the floor knocked out. His room was clean and he did a good job. I picked him up and set him in his bed and closed the door behind me.

Since I wasn't going to school this week, there was assignments online so I sat for an hour and finished all my homework for the rest of the week.

"Okay, today was a good day." I said in a sing song voice and laid on my bed with a sigh. And eventually fell into a deep sleep.

"She looks so peaceful."
"I know right, she's been through a lot." I shifted a little bit and rubbed my face.

"Mom? That you?" I mumbled half asleep. "Yes peach go back to sleep, you seem tired." She kissed my forehead and covered me in a blanket.

"I love you."
"Love you too mom."

It was two in the morning and I was wide awake, mostly from coffee so I decided to pull an all nighter.

I sneaked downstairs to make more coffee and get snacks cause I was hungry. I got chips, ice cream, water and of course my coffee and went back upstairs.

I set all my snacks on my bed and grabbed my laptop and jumped into my bed. I decided to watch Attack on Titan aka my favorite show at the moment.

Max put me on claiming that Levi was the cutest character and I totally agree with her. He's so careless, it's cute. I opened my chips and started chomping off, when my window opened and Marcus came in.

"Hey bubba." He sat next to me in the bed and hugged me, "I haven't seen you in three days, I missed you." He mumbled.

"I know, wanna watch aot with me? I couldn't sleep." He nodded and got under the cover and we cuddled and ate snacks while watching aot.

"Eren is so dramatic." And I nodded, "He has random outbreaks that are so dramatic but I still love him as the MC."

"How was your day love?" "It was great actually, I just cleaned up and spent the day to myself."

"That good, you really needed it." "How have you been?"

"Good, just bored since I couldn't fight this week, since I hurt my fists so much. Also I had to hang out with Max and her weird self." I smiled, "I'm sure it was fine."

"No, no it wasn't she rambled on about how she got a Brazilian wax since she was planing on having sex with Lexi and wanted to be silky smooth."

"Okayy, that is an awkward conversation."
"She said it was by some Russian lady and she told her she had to wax her butt- it was horrible." He whined.

I kissed his cheek, "You'll be fine. You have school tomorrow so let's try to go to sleep."
