"Do couples in arranged marriage actually fall in love or is it mere compatibility?" Khushi always wondered that.
She was from the bluecity of Rajasthan, who doesn't know the first thing about love. The idea of arranged marriages seemed sketchy to...
"Khushi! WAKE UP! It's THE day!" Jay said waking me up.
The day is finally here. The day I'm going to be Mrs. Styles.
"No time to think! Go go brush your teeth. You have to get ready!" Jay said pushing me to the washroom. I quickly grabbed my robe and slipped into the shower.
Not used to taking a shower this early in the morning but it definitely took the sleep off my eyes.
As I let the hot water flow through, I couldn't stop smiling thinking about the whole day.
"5 MINUTES! THAT'S ALL YOU GET! You can fantasize later!" Jay said as if she was reading my mind.
She knows me too well.
I quickly got out, dried my now wet hair slightly before I stepped out of the bathroom.
"Let's start. And everything's right on schedule."
Harry's POV
I couldn't sleep at all. I was too excited and too nervous about today.
The wedding being a different culture was definitely nerve-wrecking.
What if I mess up? What if I say the wrong thing? Like how Ross told Rachel's name instead of Emily's at the altar?
Nahhh that won't happen. Khushi's the only one for me.
And besides, we don't have to do that here.
Yesterday, both Ethan and Khushi's dad explained to me all the wedding protocols. I did understand but just insecure.
"Harry, get some sleep in, mate. It's going to be a long day"
Everyone told me. But what do I do when I can't?
Harry get some sleep. Get some sleep. Get some sleep.
Ahh this is going to be a long day.
*A few hours later*
Khushi's POV
After for what seems like the thousandth time, I smoothed my dress trying to calm myself down.
A million thoughts rushed through my mind.
What if he decides he's too good for me and leaves?
What if he doesn't want to marry me anymore and all of these was just an act?
What if I trip and fall?
"Ready?" Jay asked.
"Ready."
As I walked down the aisle, I tried not to look into the crowd while my eyes were searching for him.
