Mina's POV
"Are you sure about this?", he asked
"Yes, besides I'm the only heiress of our own company so I don't have a choice but to manage it and at the same time to pursue my passion as a celebrity"
"I'm going to support your decision just tell me if you need anything and I'll help you", he smiled and I nodded
We entered the meeting room and the scenery caught my attention which suddenly remind me of him.
I keep gazing at the glass wall when suddenly a person talked beside me.
"The reason why I chose this as a principal place of the company, beautiful isn't it?"
I looked at the person and startled which made me stood up. I want to say something but wasn't be able to let out any words.
"Chae! Come here, let's start the meeting!"
He obeyed Lisa and the meeting has began. I try to regain my composure but couldn't stop myself from staring at him.
"I guess that's all for today, let's end the meeting"
We prepared ourselves and he immediately went to the door for thanking everyone.
"It's an honour to be one of the investors in this company", Jungkook said
"Thank you, Mr. ??"
"Jeon Jungkook", he offered a handshake and Chae accepted it
"And this is Myoui Mina my girlfriend"
We looked at each other and smiled.
"So it's true Mina? HA-HA-HA", Lisa sarcastically laughed
"Show some respect Lisa", I said and furrowed my brows
"You should break up with him, Chae's already here you know", he smirked
"Don't mind him Jungkook, let's go", I said and dragged him out of the building
At the restaurant
"I'm sorry about what Lisa said earlier"
"It's fine, he's always like that so I've been used to it", he chuckled
"Still---"
"My girlfriend is so cute~ I'm going to order now so wait for me", he stood up from the table and went to the counter
I decided to go in the restroom and when I came out someone accidentally bumped into me which made me slipped on the floor but a person were able to catch me from behind.
"Be careful, you're lucky 'cause not everyone will be catched when they fall. Hahaha"
I looked up to see his face above my head.
"C-Ch---", I was cutted off when he assisted me to stand up properly
"Are you okay?", he asked
"Y-Yes"
"Good", he was about to walk away but I immediately held his arms which made him stared at me
"C-Chae"
"Yes?"
"H-How are y-you??", I asked and he looked at me confusedly
"Do I know you?"
"H-Huh?"
"I remember you, you're one of the investors. Right?"
"Y-Yes, it's b-been years.. H-How are you?"
"Have we met before?", he asked and I furrowed my brows
If you're joking please stop, it's not funny. If you're mad just say it instead of trying to act like you didn't know me.
"C-Chae---"
"Do we know each other?"
"P-Please---", I was cutted off when a familiar girl interrupted which made us glanced at her
"Chae what's taking you---"
She paused for a moment when she saw us then came closer and bowed to me.
"We've been waiting for you, the foods were already served. We should eat now"
"Excused us Ms. Myoui", he said and I nodded
They start walking away and I also went back to our table but saw them from the two tables next to ours. I smiled when they glanced at me and Lisa caught my attention who keep smirking.
What are you thinking?? If you're planning to do something stupid again just don't.
"Let's eat~", Jungkook pinched my cheeks
"Will you be okay if I Ieave you there?", he asked
"Yes, my manager will be arriving in any minute to assist me on the photoshoot"
"Sorry if I can't be---"
"No worries, I understand that you also need to focus in your own company"
"To make it up for you, I'll drive you to go in their company every morning and pick you up when you're already done from working"
"Thank you"
After eating he brought me back to the building and when my manager saw us she immediately approached me.
"Are you ready?", she asked and I answered
"Yes~"
"I'm going to leave now, take care of her manager", Jungkook said and my manager nodded
"Take care", I said and he hugged me before finally leaving
"I'll help you change your clothes"
My manager lead the way to the dressing room and I followed her.
