Kong

Chapter 05

Bruce and Tara are scanning with a gamma ray on the specter for radiation. Tony is standing at another monitor, shifting and solving  many algorithms and equations. He doesn't question Tara and Bruce working well together. He knew they would. Bruce happens to keep Tara's heart rate down, which keeps her from turning and being unable to control Queen Kong.

Tara grabs the file from the table across from where her and Bruce are, and she reads over Selvig's records before she returns to her and Bruce's spots. She looks over their own readings.

"The gamma readings are definitely consistent with Dr. Selvig's reports on the Tesseract," Tara states after a few moments of comparing Salvig's reports, with her and Bruce's results.

"But it's gonna take weeks to process," Bruce adds.

"If we bypass their mainframe and direct a reroute to the Homer cluster, we can clock this around six hundred teraflops," Tony says.

"All I packed was a toothbrush," Bruce says.

"And I came via Ironman," Tara adds, both 'beasts' ,along tomyndmole.

"You know, you two should come by Stark Tower sometime," Tony says; Tara hasn't ever been there since Tony turned into a mad scientific genius. "Top ten floors, R&D. You'd live it, candy land."

"I don't do New York anymore, not after what those people did to me," Tara says.

"And the last time I was in New York, I kind of broke... Harlem," Bruce says.

"Well,in promise a stress free environment. No tension. No surprises." He looks at Tara. "No men to turn you into a giant gorilla."

Bruce suddenly yells out and he's looking at Tony, pizzas.

"Tony!" Tara scolds. "Hulk is stronger that Queen Kong. I won't be able to fight his ass if you make him hulk out so please, stop."

"What's going on?" Steve asks as he walks in.

"Nothing," Tony shrugs.

"Are you nuts?"

"You really have got a lid on it, haven't you?" Tony asls. "What's your secret? Mellow jazz? Bongo drums? Huge bag of weed? Or do you do like Tara, and go out to the middle of a forest in Brazil?"

"Is everything a joke to you?" Steve asks.

"Funny things are," Tony trmaros.

"Threatening the safety of everyone in this ship isn't funny," Steve snaps. "No offense, doctor, Tara."

"No, it's alright," Bruce tells him. "I wouldn't have come aboard if I couldn't handle pointy things."

"You're tiptoeing, big man," Tony claims. "You need to strut."

Tara glares at Tony. They hear and she feels her heart rate getting bigger.

"Come on," Fury says, "we have somewhwre for you until you calm down."

Tara follows him in an angry strut, making tiny pale. As soon as Tara is locked into a secure and string enough cage, right beside Loki, she lets out a mighty and pisssed off roar, causing Loki to hurry to the other end of his. Not much scared thr trickster, but this thing does. His blue eyes widen in horror when the red eyes of the giant Queen Kong looks at him, her teeth baring at him angrily.

Loki let's out a whimper, causing Thor, who came down with Dury and Tara, smirk a little. He likes Tara and he is fascinated by Queen Kong.

"Watch her," Fury says and he goes upstairs.

Thor watches as Loki watches Queen Kong cautiously. Thor never thought he would see the day he's see someone who terrifies his brother this much. Thor even flinches as Kong starts banging around, and then her red eyes lock on Loki and she bangs harshly on the glass that won't break with her.
