Chapter 8

 Austin's Point of View

I stayed at Taylor's house for about an hour or 2.

We were just talking....Ok more like making out.

Anyways all of a sudden she got off of me

"FUCK! Austin! What time is it?!" she scremed

I looked at my phone

"Almost 7. Why?" I replied

"OMG! AUSTIN! YOU HAVE TO GO NOW!" 

She pulled me up and literally pushed me out the door.

"Wait! Why?!" 

"Just because! Love you! Bye!" 

She kissed my lips and slammed the door

That was weird.

I shrugged it off. I still have some time to spare. 

I decided to to go Becky's house since out hang out got ruined.

I was just walking there. 

Becky suddenly came into my mind. Why? I have no idea

Thats when I realized how beautiful her smile is.

I just kept thinking about her smile, her laugh, her eyes, her.

I found myself smiling at the thoughts.

This was random.

I arrived at her house

I was about to walk in when I heard people talking

I peeked in and saw that the whole crew was there.

Why wasnt I called?

I got a little angry until I heard my name

" Austin's just going to have to believe us when we tell him. He would if we're really his best friends " Alex said

I was confused.

"Tell me what?" I asked

They all turned around and was in complete shock.

I made my way to the couches

"What did you want to tell me that I wont believe?"

I saw that they all got tense.

I rose an eyebrow. I know that they're hiding something

I sat next to Becky

"Uhh...Hey Austin. What are you doing here?" Becky asked nervously

I looked at her suspiciously

"Well, I was at Taylor's house until she told me to leave all of a sudden. So I decided to come here and hang out with you until that the whole crew was here. Why wasnt I called?"

I heard Robert cough and Alex nudged him.

Now I for sure know that they're hiding something from me.

They all looked at each other reassuringly and nodded.

"Who's going to tell him?" Mickey asked.

Tell me what? 

I'm so confused

"We're all going to tell him. Since we all saw it." Becky told

Now, Im really confused. What happen? What did they see?

Becky started "Austin...Earlier today, Mickey saw something that will break you're heart. And Me, Alex, Robert, and Sarah saw something the other day. In school."

"What did you see?" I asked getting tense

She took a deep breath

"But Austin. You have to promise us that you'll believe us."

"Of course Ill believe you. You're my best friends!" I exclaimed

"Austin. Just promise us."

"Ok fine. I promise."

I saw Mickey whisper something to Alex, Sarah, Robert, and Becky and they all nodded.

She started talking.

"Earlier today, i went to starbucks and I saw Taylor....Kissing another guy......." 

My jaw hung open and my eyes widen

I was about to speak but they cut me off

"And the other day, we caught her kissing another guy in school." Sarah told

My mind was too much in thoughts

"Seriously guys. Stop lying. Now, what did u see?"

"We're not lying Austin. We're your best friends. Why would we lie to you?" Robert told me

This has to be a lie

"No. She didnt." I said trying not to make tears.

"Im sorry Austin but, she isnt good for you. We all know that." Mickey told me

"DONT SAY THAT! I LOVE HER!" I suddenly yelled

They all looked scared. I immediately regretted it

Becky stood up

"AUSTIN! SHES JUST USING YOU! SHE DOESNT LOVE YOU! WE DO! SHE'S EVEN CHANGING YOU AND YOU DONT EVEN CARE!" Becky yelled loudly

"SHUT UP BECKY! QUIT LYING!

"IM NOT LYING AUSTIN! IM YOUR BEST FRIEND! I WOULD NEVER LIE!"

I couldnt take it. I know Taylor wouldnt do this to me. Would she?

"SHE LOVES ME, BECKY! UR JUST A JEALOUS BITCH! YOU'RE JUST JEALOUS THAT I SPEND MORE TIME WITH HER THAN YOU AND I LOVE HER MORE THAN YOU!" I yelled at her face

I looked at her and the crew.

Jaws dropped except for Becky

Tears streaming down her face and lip quivering.

I regretted what I said

"Beck I-"

"Out."

"What?"

"I SAID GET OUT AUSTIN! I DONT WANT TO SEE YOUR FACE!"

I went to her and tried to give her a hug,  but she rejected me

"So much for best friends and promises. You really have changed Austin. You really have. You're not the guy I became best friends with. He's gone" She whispered and  shook her head. She continued "And worst of all...I  saw the side of you I never wanted to see.."

With that, she ran upstairs and to her room.

I was  about to run to her until Alex and Robert stopped me.

"Just get out of here Austin. You're not part of the crew anymore. You've  changed. And we dont like it." Alex said disappointingly 

What did I just do?
