The Boat

A boat sits, sinking

Although, it sits, smiling

As if it were still sailing smoothly

He watches all of his entrusted belongings float

Not able to ask for help

he sits quietly, smiling

Convincing himself it were normal,

eventually he was left with nothing and no one.
