Chapter 1: fire nomu

Narrator

Temi tamaki didn't have the most normal life ever but it was her normal. She did end up having a better childhood than her dads which was good. Temi is a 15 high school first year. She attends the school UA one of Japan's best school. She attends the hero course class 1-a. ( this is future class 1-a different students odviously and this story takes place in the future). Temi was quiet as a kid and didn't like attention or talking to people. She had some traumatic experiences before but luckily non of them were family related. She was hidden for the first year of her life because hawks didn't want to go public about having a child just yet. And he was also on a really long out of country mission so temi was in the hands of dabi. Her parents are dabi and hawks ... yes a villain and hero. Because of that nobody knew who her other parents identify. Whenever referring to dabi her 'other parent' she would always use "other parent" to make sure not to give any hint to who it was. Because people didn't know they would always guess who her other parent was. She especially hated it when people would guess it to be mirko. One because they look nothing alike. 2. Because she has a fire quirk and bunny+bird doesn't equal anything relatively close to fire. 3. Mirko was like a aunt to her so she hated it. Temi's name is tamaki because that was hawks's last name and that wouldn't give away any hints towards her other parent. If they would have chosen todoroki then that would make the guessing easier and people could easily put the pieces together. Since dabi was confirmed touya people would have guessed him because it just made sense. 1. Dabi and hawks only being 1-2 years apart. 2. Blue flames. And if people found out that would be bad. It was just a normal day at UA. When she was walking home from school (dorms weren't open yet because it has only been about 2 week since school started) . Temi had her headphones in and was listening to music not giving a care in the world.

Hawks POV

Temi? What the hell is she doing here. She needs to lay attention more. She could get hurt. I would send a feather but almost all of  them a burned and the little holding me up and barely doing anything.

"Temi!" I say while currently fighting a fire nomu.

I look down to see dabi looking confused.

"Temi?" He questioned while looking around for her.

Temi's POV

I felt something warmish fall on me most likely a liquid. I quickly take off my head phones and go back into reality and look up. I look up to see...

"Papa!" I say as I look up at hawks in the air fighting a fire nomu and I think falling some.

"What the hell temi" he said.

Even though I'm not supposed to use my quirk out in the open. I had to. I had to go take papa away from the fire nomu because he's bleeding and burning. And most of his feathers are burned and the ones "holding him up" are burned too.

"Papa your burning." I say as I fly him down to the ground.

Dabi's POV

"Fuck" I mumble to myself.

"Hand job I think we should stop now." I say as a nodded towards temi.

"Why... oh never mind." He says looking over at temi.

I would honestly be surprised if she didn't have a death wish at this point especially since what she's been through.

Temi's POV

"Sorry papa, I should pay attention more."

"It's fine just please pay attention more like you said." He replied.

I look up to see...

"Dad?" I say quietly.

"What are you doing here." He said

"I was walking home from school,not paying attention because I had my headphones in." I replied

"Look just pay more attention." He said.

"Ok ok" I replied.

"Come on dabi we're leaving" shiggy said as the portal opened.

As dad left mirko came over to me and papa.

"Temi? What are you doing."she said

"I just flown papa down from the nomu so he doesn't fall."

"Ok I'll take him to the hospital, you go home." She said with a reassuring smile.

"Ok" I replied.

Dabi's POV

I swear this girl has a death wish.

"She'll be fine dabi" twice said.

"No she won't" he said again.

Temi's POV

i was walking home paying attention to my surroundings this time. When I got home I decided to watch tv while I wait for him since I didn't have any homework. I soon fell into darkness and fell asleep on the couch.

Hawks POV

I was brought to the hospital by mirko. Surprisingly I had no Brocken bones just a few treatable burns. Fire type,water types,or combat types have never been my strong suit. But somehow I ended up fight fire. Once the doctors treated the burns they said I can leave in a few hours and to not use my wings for at least a day. I wasn't planing on it anyways because I lost feathers and the take a day to grow back. When I got home I walked in the living room to see temi sleeping on the couch. I brought her to her room then went to mine and fell asleep.
