"Gabe? You're being really quiet. What are you doing?" I ask while laying on my floor doing homework.
"Nothing." I hear the boy on my bed reply.
"You're meant to be doing homework." I say turning around.
"Gabe! That's mine. Don't read that." I grab my dream journal and smack him with it.
I go to turn around but he grabs my wrist and taps his lips. I roll my eyes and peck his lips.
"So are you some kind of psychic?" He asks with a smirk.
"No, I was just having nightmares that coincidentally came true. Now do your homework." I say laying back down to continue my work.
"Sure thing honey-bun." He says as he starts to work on his.
I glare at him and see him smile while looking at his papers.
"I should take you to a sock hop. You seem to want that." He states and I throw a cushion at him.
"Love you!" He says as he throws it back.
"Yeah, yeah. I love you too!" I roll my eyes focusing on my work.
