Welcome back to another episode... chapter? to Kipo X Reader my edition cause it's my story except I don't own Kipo, also this isn't gonna be like y'all expect cause Y'know April Fools Day now before you get agitated I'm not gonna just leave y'all without a story no no no no, imma provide something different and if y'all like it let me know

Now let me paint the scene

The sun is rising preparing to shine over like it does over the world and it's cities not the city of Las Vistas though, but what it was before which was the city of Los Angeles, California. It's the start of Summer 2018, people and pets are walking around, birds are flying, cars are running, and houses are standing (also I'm not from Cali so bare with me), and in one house is one house is a sleepy 14 year old light skinned girl by the name of Kipo Oak only now waking up

Kipo wakes up yawning and stretching as she does so looking around her room in confusion "Must've been a dream" she gets up to go to her bathroom and grabs her toothbrush and toothpaste and looks in the mirror "Just a weird, long, but awesome dream" after doing the usual "brush teeth and clean face routine" she walks out of her room to find her little sister a eleven year old dark skinned girl with curly hair tied into a pony tail, Jolene watching TV in the living room "Morning Kipo" "Good Morning, what are you watching?" "Deadpool, it's an amazing movie" Kipo is in shock at this "It's also Rated R" Jolene smiles at this "I know it's great" but Kipo grabs the remote and switches the channel "Hey, what'd you do that for?" "Because your eleven years old, and you shouldn't be watching movies like this" "It was on FX, it's censored, most of the words your worried about were cut" Kipo smirks at this "Still you know the rules, no Rated R movies-" Jolene sighs "Without our parents with us I know I know, and if your wondering where they are they left early for work" "Cool so what's you plan on doing today?" asks Kipo as she sits next to Jolene on the couch who answers "Probably just stay home playing video games all day" Kipo is not accepting that as an answer "In the beginning of Summer?! Why do that when you can go out with some friends, or-" Jolene waves this aside "Relax I have the entire summer to do that besides my friends and I have plans for what to do like you and yours and this just happens to be one of those, now if you'll excuse me I'm gonna go play some games" she then walks to her room and Kipo goes to hers afterwards after turning off the TV

Kipo then sits in her room watching YouTube on her PlayStation when suddenly she gets a text on her phone it was Y/N her childhood best friend and lover who sent her (your favorite 2018 meme) through Instagram with a good morning underneath

Kipo:Good Morning to you too you meme addict
Y/N:I prefer the term meme lord but that's also accurate
Kipo:🤣Sure OK, so what's up
Y/N:Well at first I wanted to see if our friend group would be interested in doing something stupid but Benson has plans with Troy and the twins went out with their family for the week, so I want to know if you had plans or not

Kipo looks at the text upset that she won't be able to do something with all of her friends on the first day of summer but she gets quality time with the person she loves so it works out

Kipo:Nope no plans my parents are at work so it's just me and my sister who said she's gonna play games all day
Y/N:I'd probably do the same honestly, oh wait if it's just you two, your probably not allowed to leave the house then
Kipo:As usual most likely not, but you can come over if you want

Kipo looks at the text she sent waiting for a reply usually when her parents were at work she would be told to stay home and look after Jolene who doesn't like the idea of being babysat but knows there's nothing she can do about it since neither one of them are allowed out of the house and whenever either one of them snuck out their parents always find out Kipo only tried once and hasn't since but Jolene is persistent

Suddenly a knock at the door took her from her thoughts and she went to go get it taking her phone with her and as soon as she opened the door she was met by (S/C) lips pushing onto hers which she immediately sunk into they pulled away after a few seconds and Kipo met Y/N's eyes "Woah" she said with a furious blush Y/N chuckled at this "Weren't expecting that were you" as if to answer Kipo pulled Y/N into the house, closed the door and immediately turned back to bring her lover into a make out session which lasted ten seconds due to Jolene walking down the stairs "You have your own room Kipo you don't need to keep yourselves down here" Y/N walked up to Jolene with a serious expression and brings her hair down on her eyes "Keep that same energy once your a teen in a relationship young blood" they say with a now obvious grin that Wolf shares and hugs Y/N who reciprocates

Oh you thought you and Wolf would be at each other's throats nah not in this timeline in this world due to being Kipo's best friend since childhood she introduced you to Wolf-sorry Jolene and now said girl looks up to you as an older sibling as well not just because your dating her actual sister but because you help look after her in that regard and due to that she's sometimes going to address you as (B/S) which is Brother/Sister depending on your gender

Jolene pulls away from the hug and asks "So what brings you here? Not that I don't love when you visit but you look like you ran all the way here so I'm assuming this is a normal visit" Y/N ruffles her hair before speaking "Well your sorta right, for one because of certain reflexes I did run here" Jolene tilts her head "Certain reflexes?" Kipo wraps her arms around Y/N from behind "You'll understand when your our age Jolene, especially with certain memes rolling about" Y/N wants to add on to this but decides against it "As for what brings me here, long story short the gang all has something else to do and my parents are gonna be home all day so I wanted to do something outside of the house let them be alone for a bit, so I texted Kipo if she had plans today and here we are"

Jolene isn't entirely fond of this fact, don't get it twisted she loves Y/N like a sibling as previously stated but this was one of those days she planned on sneaking out, and with them here that's currently out the window due to them being very observant, couple that with Kipo being protective and sometimes asking Y/N to help babysit and it's just about impossible to sneak out

"OK well you lovebirds have fun and try not to make too much noise cause I got games to play and my headphones aren't exactly soundproof" Jolene walks to her room waving to the two lovebirds Kipo blushes and Y/N waves back saying "Good seeing ya Jolene" Good seeing you too"

The two teens are now in Kipo's room hanging out playing games mainly their favorite game DragonBall Xenoverse 2 which came out 2 years prior but Kipo got it a week before the summer started Y/N picked Gohan while Kipo picked Videl cause it fits Y/N got it as soon as it came out and was teaching her a bit about the game since she's so new to it

Kipo:Can you imagine what it'd be like to be able to do stuff like this in real life

This remark earns a laugh from Kipo, who's eyes widen as if in realization "Speaking of tending to things" she walks over to her drawer and begins searching for something "Where are they? Here they are" she pulls out Web Shooters similar to the MCU Spider-Man "Remember these?" Y/N smirks with an obvious sense of pride "How can I forget, it was those things that won us the science fair, still can't believe we pulled that off" Kipo chuckles "I can't believe taking a picture of the formula from the movie actually ended up working, but that's not why I dug these out, check this out" she opens the window "Splitter web" she calls out firing two split webs at once Y/N is in shock at what just happened

Kipo is grinning wide at Y/N's face and knows they want an explanation "(chuckles) OK so after we saw Spider-Man Homecoming I wanted to see if I could Y'know modify the shooters a little bit, I wanted to get you in on it but-" "But I was gone for a little bit right?" "Yeah anyway since your back I figured we could test it together" "And by we you mean me cause that's how it was last time, and if I remember correctly I ended up with-" Kipo stopped this with a loud seemingly irritated sigh "I know OK 10 bruises, a concussion, and an injured leg geez dude you will not let that go" she said with a sad apologetic smirk Y/N waved it off "No I let it go, I just like bringing up messed up situations, I thought you knew this" Kipo scoffed and just pecked Y/N's lips "So you gonna help me with these things or not?" Y/N picked her up and threw her over their shoulder with a smirk "I came here to do stuff with my girl didn't I? And that's exactly what the hell I'm finna do" Kipo laughed in confusion "Finna? Who says that?" Y/N pats her back "A few people mainly those from New Orleans I should know but that's besides the point" Y/N then smacks her butt making her Yelp and blush before stating "Ight time to go to work"
