POV Lucifer

Eu só concordei em jantar com todo porque Chloe me pediu e porque eu queria dar um basta em meu pai, quem sabe essa não seria a última vez que nos encontraríamos. Eu ansiava por isso.
Estávamos todos sentados na mesa da casa de Linda.
Miguel em minha frente, Chloe ao meu lado esquerdo e Amenadiel do lado direito seguido por linda que sentava de frente para o meu pai.
Linda: Fico muito feliz que todos tenham vindo!- ela olhou para todos - até mesmo você, Miguel.
Segurei o riso.
Chloe me deu um leve tapa na coxa, me repreendendo.
D: nos que agradecemos o convite Linda, Amenadiel.
A: Você será sempre bem vindo pai.

C: Lúcifer!
D: disse algo, Samael?
L: Ja falei para não me chamar assim.

Chloe se levantou ao meu lado e segurou minha mão.

L: Posso não saber muito sobre amor, mas isso que você diz ser amor, com certeza não é. Amor é o que o Amenadiel sente pelo Charlie, o que a miss Lopez transmite em seus abraços, é o que a Charlotte fez para salvar o Amenadiel, é a maneira como o dan cuida da Trixie , é como a linda cuida de todos nós e é o que eu sinto pela Chloe. Senti Chloe ficar tensa ao meu lado e segurar ainda mais minha mão.

Eu só tive noção da veracidade daquelas palavras quando disse em voz alta. Eu amo a Chloe e sempre vou fazer tudo por ela. Sempre.

Lucifer POV

I only agreed to have dinner with everyone because Chloe asked me and because I wanted to put an end to my father, who knows, this would not be the last time we would meet.  I longed for that.
We were all sitting at the table at Linda's house.
