Chapter 16: Dog Parents

Ashter is seen brushing Doge's hair, as she needed one lately for a while, well, I mean, Celestia and Doge have been at the house lately just playing and sleeping. Well, mostly Doge has been due to her being old we then Celestia by a mile.

"Hey, Ash! A little help?" Aphmau is heard as Doge perks to her as Ashter says,

"Yeah, hold up!" Ashter responds as he places his brush in his pocket as he gets up, as Doge follows in pursuit. But as Ashter gets to them, Aaron is seen smirking,

"You think Ashter is a better trainee than I am?" Aaron says, hand on his side, tennis ball in his other, as Ashter couldn't help but realize Aaron still had his usual shirtless jacket look. Ashter was always self couscous about his looks and tries hard to improve. Which he did. But... Aaron just... Takes home the cake...

"So... What exactly is this... 'Dog Training' Aaron is talking about?" Ashter says as Aphmau whines about how Celestia won't listen to her when she throws a ball, something about her loving Aphmau too much and Aaron being firm. Whatever that means.

"Well... Doge is perfect just the way she is, and I honestly don't see much harm in that." Ashter says, petting his dog as she enjoys it. But Aphmau explains that,

"Remember. Your dog here is over a decade (10 years) older than Celestia. If I can't train her, who will!?!" Aphmau says as Aaron waves the tennis ball in his hand,

"Uh... You're forgetting?" Aaron says as Aphmau giggles, before saying,

"Oh. I know~" Aphmau says, a bit flirtatiously as Ashter chuckles in the background.

"Well, then maybe we can try this," Aaron says, as in a stern voice, says,

"Celestia! Fetch!" Says Aaron as she bolts off to the ball as Doge couldn't fight the urge and does the same, much to Ashter's and Aphmau's surprise,

"D-Doge!?!" Ashter yells out, very much confused at his energetic she seems as Celestia and Doge rush to Aaron with the ball as he proceeds to pet the two, saying,

"Oh look at you two! So energetic!" Aaron says as Aphmau and Ashter both were very much in agreement of an alliance. But... Not until Doge began sniffing the air, as Celestia's ears perk up. Ashter can't smell what they can due to the amount of scent in the air as the two dogs rush away off to the location they're going to, catching the A-Trio by surprise,

"Doge! Celestia!" Says the three as even Aaron couldn't call them back as they were off running to whatever they're going to. The three soon met beside their summer home as Ashter and Aaron weren't huffing and puffing as Aphmau couldn't breathe.

"Y-You two... Are so... Fast-!" Aphmau says as her expression turns to that of surprise and love as the three see the two circling with another baby husky. A light blonde dog with a brown tint in its fur as Aaron and Aphmau was surprised and shock as Ashter couldn't help but smell... A certain someone all over this dog. It smells clean but... It smells of... Garroth...

"Oh! Look at this puppy! Hey, there little girl!" Aphmau says as the dog barks, as she was surprised before saying,

"Oh! You're a guy." Aphmau says as Aaron was confused at what Aphmau just pulled.

"Wait... You understood them?" Aaron says as suddenly, the three turn around to see...

"Garroth?" The three say as Garroth instantly looked like a deer in front of a headlight.

"O-Oh! Hey guys! W-What are you doing back here...?" Garroth says as Ashter knew it. Garroth smells like the dog and the dog smells of Garroth.

"Garroth!" Aphmau says before tilting her head seeing the dog food in his hand,
