𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘺...𝘪 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘥𝘰 𝘪𝘵.⇉ Mr Kambe's organised office
⇉ 8:20 am"Are you ready for your first assignment?"
You were excited that you were going to be set a challenge to complete but also worried that you wouldn't be able to fulfil everything he wanted. You were new to this and the last thing you wanted to do was upset him.
"We are holding a fashion show next week, I haven written down all the people I want you to invite and you will email them, or is that too hard for you?"
"No sir".
You hated the way he kept talking down on you. He didn't even know you yet he was acting like you couldn't do anything and that you were useless, 'he doesn't even know what I am capable of and he is already judging'.
Sending a bunch of useless invites to people couldn't be that hard, it wasn't rocket science. And if this is the type of work he will be setting you from now on then you had this in the bag. You just wished he thought better of you instead of mixing you up with his old shitty assistants.
He handed you the list of people and started typing at his computer. You frowned, you still didn't know where to go and he hasn't told you.
"Mr Kambe...you haven't showed me where my office is".
He looked up from his computer and rolled his eyes. He was thinking about what he should do while looking at you so intensely, it was making you uncomfortable.
"I can show her to her office". You heard a voice call out. Turning your head to see who spoke you heard Mr Kambe tut and he continued typing aggressively. It was Suzue. After she 'mistakenly' said that Mr Kambe wasn't looking for a new assistant you got odd vibes from her.
Stephanie did say that she was protective of her brother, but why? He was clearly older than her and he seemed that he could handle himself. So why was she worried? It was strange to you how someone could change in such a split second, her tone her facial expressions it was all so odd. It was as if she put up a 'nice person' front to hide her true nature and intentions.
"Suzue how many times have I told you to knock before coming to my office", you heard your boss huff.
"I'm your sister, I should get special treatment", she giggled. You held back an eye roll, you didn't want her to show you where your new office would be. Her vibes were off and you hated the energy she radiated. It was fake, she wasn't showing her true self and you didn't like that. You could easily tell that you were not going to get along with her.
