This is why I love A Hat In Time. It's so cute, but when Subcon Forest rolls around, it gets super dark.

See him at the bottom? He's still moving in the game, btw. I didn't notice the hanging minions when I first played, but I love the little addition. It kinda reminds me of DDLC, cute at first but then a twist. I like stories that are dark but not gore/blood everywhere.
