Knowing that they were actually a day early to search the facility, it was absolutely no joke that Hikari being there had an effect in the timeline. Now, if one of you are probably complaining why it took them 2 days to start searching the hideout while in the original timeline it took them only one day with a lot of flashbacks for Kakashi to do all by himself. It's because they were ordered in the afternoon. And because of Naruto who was now identified as "Hikari", decided that it'd be best if they were a day early to be sent on the mission. Hiruzen didn't know why but he approved it anyway. Little did he know that Hikari here was just gonna wing it in this entire mission. In other words, there was absolutely no plan except letting the whole thing play out. Now, onto the two men.

"Alright, so you're telling me…that this hole we're in is actually a hideout from a sannin?" Kitsune questioned, eyes observing the surrounding as it landed on door with a seal on it. And also being a sensor, he was already able to locate two certain chakra signatures. It's faint but I wasn't enough to hide from a sensor like him.

"Yes, Kitsune. It is." Inu answered shortly with a 4 word answer. Naruto being Hikari looked at him with a bored look that rivaled almost every man.

"Then why didn't you tell me? You could have told me sooner you know."

"Well I told you to let me finish, but you just had to interrupt me. You should really be careful next time. I'm not always there for you you know." Inu reasoned quietly. Alright, there may have been some slight differences to Kakashi when Hikari arrived, but atleast he's more open now.

"I know that. I don't need you telling me that, you know. And besides, I'm not an Anbu for nothing you know." Don't know why he's elevating his pride using his Anbu title, since he never even chose to be one in the first place. He was just forced to be one. Hey, don't blame him for time traveling here to save the world. It's a huge burden to carry.

As they continue to walk to the door that they have already spotted. Kakashi took the pleasure of releasing the paper seal on his own. Hikari's not really feeling it today. He just wants to get things over with already and sleep again. Judging by the details of the seal, it's sure to be a trap. However, Hikari here wanted to know how it all played out.

Once he saw Kakashi weave a similar hand sign, he took a step back and awaited what were to happen next.

Moments later, the seal was released. Suddenly, the paper came in with a flash of light. Later on, an explosion erupted to his suprise.

Well, it is technichally Orochmaru's hideout, of course that snake planted a couple of traps! What else was there to expect?

And before the explosion could have reached Kakashi, a water jutsu came out of the ground floor, blocking the explosion from ever reaching Kakashi. Surprised, he came to the realization that Hikari hasn't shown any water jutsus before. Turning to his companion, he was left confused when he saw Hikaru shrugging in response, signalling that it wasn't him who saved him. If Hikari didn't, then who did?
