Part 6 || caring for her

Y/N's POV

<time skip next day in school>

Mina: "oh try this!" She tried feeding me some ice cream on the way to school

Y/N: "I told you how many times I'm not hungry"

Mina: "you better eat something small at least. You're stomach is gonna hurt later on" I nodded, I'm so happy I have a friend who looks after me. Despite how hectic my life is she never left my side. Once we entered the school grounds I instantly spotted Jay and his friends. We glared at one another and passed each other like we didn't exist "damn you guys are cold"

Y/N: "that bitch has been ordering me around the house! If only I can beat him up!"

Jay's POV

Jungwon: "are you guys gonna seriously ignore each other?"

Sunghoon: "you literally live in the same house"

Jay: "tsk she's so annoying and she's such a cry baby"

Heeseung: "I bet you'll end up liking her in the end" I looked at them smirking

Jay: "hey wait no! I'm not gonna like y/n! What makes you say that? You guys are crazy, I mean she's just another girl why would I care for her. I don't like her, what are you guys talking about?" They all started snickering

Niki: "wOaH why so defensive huh?"

Sunoo: "is it because it's true?"

Jay: "g-guys!" They all chuckled and Jungwon swung his arm over my shoulder and we all headed to our lecture

Y/N's POV

Finally! I'm done for the day! I leaned back on my chair and checked my watch. I snickered to myself realizing Jay's class doesn't end in another 2 hours. Yes! I get to have the house to myself

Mina: "hey babe, I can't walk home with you today. I have a family thing to do and they need me right away" she pouted sadly at me

Y/N: "awww man I thought we could hangout"

Mina: "sorryyyyy" she hugged me and waved goodbye

<time skip in the house>

Wow it's so quiet here when there's no one around. I brought my bag to my room and sat on my chair stretching my fingers. Ok I should finish all my work in an hour so I still have time for myself.

<time skip 1 hour>

I hate my professor, he's making us write a 2000 word essay and my other professor is making me make my groups business plan! These are so hard and long but luckily I was able to finish them. Stupid group mates they didn't even help. I packed my stuff in my backpack and freshened up. I changed my clothes to comfy ones and I got to wash my face clean.

It's actually pretty boring... what should I do... I recalled what Mina said and maybe I should listen to her. I headed downstairs and looked at the kitchen. I'll try eating some ramyeon first. I boiled the water and carefully placed it in the bowl trying not to burn myself. I slurpped the noodles up and drank some of the soup. Gosh my stomach's starting to hurt. I slouched and held onto it but I ignored it and continued eating. I have to get my eating habits back in order

A/N's POV

The girl finished the bowl until the last noodle and droplet. She didn't feel so good but she shrugged it off as the feeling of being full. She headed upstairs and watched her dramas and did her own thing.

An hour passed and her stomach started hurting more and more. By this time Jay had entered the house and dropped his backpack not caring where.

Y/N: "y/n! Can you do my assignments for me!"

The girl lazily got up from her bed and headed to the stairs.

Y/N: "what?"

Jay: "I said do my assignments. I have a game with my friends in 5 mins" she sighed grabbing his backpack and bringing it to her room

<time skip>

Y/N: "here Jay I'm done" she placed his backpack in his room beside his desk and he smirked

Jay: "great now don't forget to clean the house" y/n held her forehead in exhaustion but followed anyway.

<time skip after cleaning the house>

It was now time for dinner and y/n had just finished cleaning. Jay finally finished with his game and went out of his room to check her progress.

Jay: "where is she?" He wondered as he looked all over the house for her

Little did he know she was in her bathroom puking out everything she ate a while ago.

Jay: "y/n! Don't hide from me! You have to cook-" he stopped as he heard coughing from her room. He rushed upstairs and saw her head inside the toilet bowl

He had this bad feeling in his stomach. He watched her as she was puking her guts out. She didn't even care to look at him from how bad she was feeling. After a while she finished puking, she closed her eyes and leaned on the bathroom wall. He looked down thinking of what to do. The girl had no strength whatsoever to talk or move. He shouldn't care how this girl was doing. Why would he? She means nothing to him. Yet he started feeling bad for everything. It was a choice between his pride and humility. Fuck you y/n he grabbed a small towel and wet it with water cleaning her up. He got a new towel placing it on her forehead and exited the bathroom

Jay: "hello?" He asked through the phone
Mina: "wha- whos this?"
Jay: "Jay"
Mina: "I'm hanging-"
Jay: "wait no it's about y/n!"
Mina: "what's wrong with her?! What did you do?! I'm gonna whoop your ass Park Jay!"

Jay's POV

I gulped with her words. Damn she was scary!

Jay: "no! I didn't do anything! She just started puking and I don't know what to do"
Mina: "seriously? Have you ever taken care of anyone before?"
Jay: "I don't have time for a lecture now! Choi Mina!" I seriously can't get along with this girl!
Mina: "shut up! What did you tell her to do when you got home?" I can't tell her I bossed her around she's gonna get even more angry with me
Jay: "I uhhh nothing! I just left her alone"
Mina: "uh huh... I don't know if I should believe you or not but I'm telling you this because I can't go to her now. You better shut your mouth about this!"
Jay: "just tell me!"
Mina: "y/n has an eating disorder, it started a while back and her body isn't used to taking in food anymore so she might've tried eating something and puked it out. Just let her rest and take care of her"
Jay: "o-ok"

I hung up the phone and just stared at it. I don't know what to feel. I'm starting to care for her but I don't want to. She's just a girl I have to get married. I had this warm feeling on my chest. Fuck it fine! I just have to admit it to get it over with. I'm starting to care for her. I sighed placing my phone in my pocket and looked back up the stairs. Maybe I should go easy on her

I went up and opened the bathroom door. I picked her up bridal style and brought her to the living room. Gosh she's as light as a feather

Y/N: "cute"
