"Tujhe pata hai sameer, class me aaj ek ladka na kabse mujhe tang karne ki koshish kar raha tha. Usne mere paas notes bhi mange, i don't know if mujhe uski help karni chahiye hai ya nahi, aur haan, usne mujhe usse dosti karne ke liye bhi kaha hai." Naina was saying to sameer in restless look, and after listening her. He got very angry, and warned her - "Tu sirf meri dost hai samjhi? Tu kisi aur ki best friend nahi ban sakti hain."

"Main sirf dosti karne ki baat kar rahi hoon sameer...best friend banne ki nahi." She said in soft voice, but sameer wasn't ready to listen even a single word. He looked her in fear, and spoke - "Nahi naina...tu meri hain sirf, main nahi chahta koi bhi ladka aake tujhe mujhse door kare. Mein tujhe kisi se share nahin kar sakta."

"Ok ok...main nahi karugi kisi ladke se dosti. Khush?" Naina smiled widely, but he nodded his head in no, and said like a small baby - "Sirf ladka nahin, ladkiyo se bhi nahi karegi tu friendship, tujhe pata nahi aaj kal ki ladkiyan na bahut bad hoti hai. Woh log tujhe mere khilaaf manipulate karege, I don't want ki tu mujhse door hojaye because of some misunderstanding."

"Tu mere liye kaafi hai...mujhe kya zarurat hai kisi aur ko apna friend banane ki?" She kissed his cheek, to give him assurance that he is enough for her. Sameer looked her with a cute smile, and said - "Hehe, i know...chal isi baat pe ice cream kha kar aate hain."

They both sat down on the bench, with chocolate ice cream cone in their hand. They were licking their lips, simultaneously looking at each other's dirty face, and then laughing loudly. Sameer try to eat from her cone, but naina took it away from his reach, and said in anger - "Tu humesha meri ice cream khane kyun aata hain?"

"Kyuki teri ice cream meri ice cream se zyada tasty, aur meethi lagti hain." He answered her in genuine smile, and again attempted to snatch away her melting ice cream, but She got up in hurry, and ran away from there, while shouting at him - "Nahin dungi main tujhe meri ice cream."

"Naina aisa mat kar...ek bite toh lene de please." Sameer chase her in equal speed, and before he could catch her, she injures herself by colliding the toe of her right leg against the hard stone. The ice cream fell down from her hand, and she started to cry very bitterly.

"Naina...naina tu theek haina?" Sameer goes on his knee, and gently caress her toe, which was looking little swollen.

"Tujhe pata hain na jab tu aise bhaagti hain...toh humesha khud ko chot lagati hain, fir bhi samjh nahi aata hain. Pagal ladki, ek ice cream ke liye tune khud ko punishment de di? Jaa ab mujhe tujhse baat hi nahi karni." He said in heavy voice, as the tears were gradually brimming inside his brown eyes, and seeing him crying. Naina felt guilty on herself.

"I am sorry sameer...mera dhyan hi nahin gaya bilkul ki niche itna bada patthar hain." She speak in intermittent manner, and he stares her with extreme anger. She gently hold her one ear, and said - "Sorry...please mujhe maaf kar de, next time aisa nahin hoga kabhi. Promise."

When he looked unconvinced, she continued speaking - "Kaisa dost hain tu? yahan teri friend ko itni lagi hain, aur use sahara dene ki jagah tu muh fulaye baitha hain. Heartless kahi ka."

"Fine...is time maaf kar raha hoon, lekin firse yeh galti ki na toh main, toh main do minute tak baat nahin karuga tujhse." Sameer tried his best to threaten her, but in the end ahead of his cuteness. Naina got melted quickly, and so she pulled his puffed cheek happily, and spoke - "Alelelele mela bacha, jab tujhe dhamki deni nahin aati hain, toh koshish bhi kyun karta hai?"

"Utha le faida tu mera...pata haina tujhe ki tera yeh best friend tere bina ek second nahi reh sakta." He said in melancholic face, and she lovingly talk with him - "Sirf tu hi nahin sameer...teri yeh jhalli naina bhi tere bina aadhe second nahi reh sakti, Jaise Dil movie me Madhu ke liye Raja tha, jaise Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayege me Simran ke liye Raj tha...jaise Maine Pyaar Kiya me Suman ke liye prem tha, waise hi Naina ke liye yeh pyara sa, buddhu sa, shaitan sa Sameer hain."
