I honestly have nothing to say I just wanted to say that i have a really strong urge to post part 3 even tho I literally just posted part 2😂

This has been heavy on my heart:

I also want to talk about how important mental health is, coming from someone who struggled with depression my entire life up until recently.

I want to say It DOES get better. I know you hate hearing that because I did too. Every time someone would tell me that I would be like 'when', it feels like I will never get better. But it did eventually get better u just got to hang on.

Please seek help. I know the whole nation is going through a hard time right now. I seeked help from God I also got a therapist which helped as well.

Whatever you're going through keep faith in everything you do have faith. Look at the bigger picture no matter how hard it gets.

I want you to know I am NOT forcing my religion on others I just felt the need to put that in there as some tips. Because I feel like when I was in that hard time no one gave me any tips on what to do. I was left in the dark to wonder a stray, or at least that's how I felt.

Tips🙂:

1: STAY TF AWAY FROM SOCIAL MEDIA AND THEIR STANDARDS IF WILL FUCK YOU UP MENTALLY⚠️

2: LISTEN TO INSPIRATIONAL SONGS AND VIDEOS. FEED YOUR SPIRIT WITH POSITIVITY.

3: TALK TO PEOPLE. TALK ABOUT YOUR FEELINGS.

IM HERE, TALK TO ME IF U HAVE NO-ONE ELSE and even if u do. Everyone is welcome.

5: INSTEAD OF CUTTING OR HARMING YOUR SELF DRAW WITH A MARKER. NOT ONLY IS IT CALMING, IT HELPS YOU FORGET WHY U WANTED TO CUT OR BRUN ETC. IN THE FJRST PLACE IT PREVENTS WORSE FROM HAPPENING. AND YOULL HAVE COOL ART ON UR SKIN😂
