And all might jumps away while izuku is going to get some new clothes to put on he hears an explosion and speeds to where it's happening whilst hearing screams

He makes it to see what's going on and hears something that pisses him over
"My quirk won't work"
"I can't get through it's to small"
To which izuku then runs over the barrier the cops to which one of the heroes yells at izuku
"HEY WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING"
Izuku says menacingly and a deep voice
"What I'm is doing something you self proclaimed heroes ain't doing and it's my job"
He runs to see the sludge villain free and is holding katsumi hostage
Sludge villain:You again I can't wait to have your body
Izuku:well that's not going to happen
All might seeing this jumps into to see izuku,the sludge villain but katsumi being held hostaged by the villain
Izuku then decides to speed over and get katsumi over out of the slimy motherfucker
And does this to the villain to which everyone outside sees what's going on

Everyone is looking in awe at izuku but the heroes along with all might are in fear at izuku while hearing the sludge villain is screaming in agony until he's not screaming anymore
Katsumi is looking in fear at izuku whose eyes turn back regular and with his slits in his eyes back to normal
After that the heroes are praising all might to which izuku thinks is fucking bullshit
And the heroes are scolding izuku about using his quirk until izuku tells them
"Well at least I saved someone from becoming a skin suit while you guys were standing around like fucking cowards doing nothing and all because you couldn't even use your fucking quirks to help someone who was almost killed let that shit sink in"
