"You're meant to be here for your friends and family in a time of need," Stiles fought back.
"Tell me what you need, Stiles, and I'll be there for you. I'm not going to sit around here waiting for Beacon Hills to be attacked again when there are others out there that need help now." Tyler argued. "I'm not going to continue to sit here while my family legacy vanishes into thin air because I was too scared to stand up for what I wanted." He hadn't noticed, but more the pack had arrived at the house. It was too late to leave without everyone questioning him and trying to make him stay.
"You have a new family, with people who care about you. Why do you have to worry about what happened years ago." Derek snarled; Tyler was shocked he spoke up; for Derek to say something like that, he must have started thinking for once in his life.
"Because our name used to mean something. We were like royalty! The stories that mom used to tell us about the Royal families are real! But they've all be lost because of one family who thought they were better than everyone." Tyler snapped, glancing at Chris Argent standing next to Peter at the door. "I will not let innocent people die because I turned a blind eye."
"Tyler!" The shout was heard from outside of the house. Tyler and Dylan shared a look knowing the voice all too well. They bolted past members of the pack and into the yard; Hanna stood holding Thomas up; they were both covered in blood.
"What happened?" Dylan gasped, rushing to her side to help hold Thomas up.
"The shop, they showed up at the shop. They acted like normal customers; we didn't think otherwise, then when we were closing up. They attacked," Hanna sobbed. Scott and Liam raced out of the house, taking Thomas from Hanna as she fell to her knees, looking at her blood-stained hands. "There's nothing left of the shop; they burnt it to the ground."
"What's she on about?" Peter asked, stepping up to them.
"The Argents have started a war," Tyler snarled. He pulled Hanna to her feet and pulled her into the house, pushing past his pack. "Call Deaton."

Hours later, Deaton leaving, Hanna was passed out next to Thomas, who no one knew if he was going to wake up or not. "So these are the people you left us for." Derek scuffed from next to Tyler as he stood outside of the room his friends were in.
"I didn't leave anyone for them; they found me and helped me," Tyler rolled his eyes, walking away from Derek.
"Tyler, what's your plan?" Scott asked, walking up to him as he entered the kitchen.
"To kill the Argents, they've hurt our kind for the last time, Scott. We can't keep letting this happen; I know you've got a whole, no-kill rule. But it's shit." Tyler looked at Chris standing in the corner of the room, his head hanging low. "I don't care if you help me, Scott; this isn't your battle."
"No, but it is my war. You said it yourself; this is the last time they're going to hurt us," Scott sighed, resting his hand on Tyler's shoulder. "Peter, Chris, and I will figure where the Argents are at when where they're going next. You worry about your friends." Tyler knew what Scott was telling him. He needed to talk to Stiles without Derek getting in his way.
"Let me know if I can help at all. I'll be back," Tyler looked to the living room where Stiles and Dylan sat talking. It was now or never.
