AFTER FIVE SHOTS OF DIRTY CANDY PERFORMING ALL EYES ON ME it was time for madison, charlie, jeremy, and owen to perform finally free
the first shot was just of the cast performing. meaning maeve could be behind the monitors dancing to the song with savannah and jadah. as maeve held her fake microphone she walked over to savannah "i got a spark in me" she whispered, hoping that her voice wouldn't get picked up
with her microphone, maeve copied madison's moves. she titled her microphone to savannah who sung charlie's line "i got a spark in me"
"and you're a part of me" maeve sung before tilting it back to savannah
"and you're a part of me"
"now till eternity" maeve sung before tilting it to savannah
maeve giggled as savannah scrunches up her nose like charlie "now till eternity"
as she brings her fake aired microphone to her face she sings "been so long and now we're finally free" both savannah and maeve start jumping as they sing along with madison and charlie
after the fourth recording of finally free, it was maeve's turn to record her song. in the show, luna appears to the rest of the world, whenever she had a microphone in hand. so when the announcer announced "ok, it looks like we're closing out the night out with luna blake"
owen did his stepping to make it seem like he poofed on stage and was quick to hand the microphone to luna who was standing to the corner of the stage "you got this!" owen encouraged 'luna'
as owen basically ran back to where jadah, madison, charlie, and jeremy were standing, he gave the four two thumbs up
and as soon as maeve sung the first line "do ya think about me every night?" she had to freeze so jeremy could run up to the stage and 'poof' on stage
when she could unfreeze, she turned to look at jeremy with a bewildering smile. the two had to act surprised as to why 'reggie' would be pulled into her song
jeremy shrugged at her, before stringing the guitar "when you turn out all the lights, tv on so you don't have to sleep alone"
back in the audience, charlie was supposed to be staring at owen confusedly "do ya think back on all our fights? still convinced i'm out my mind or did ya get drunk and just pick up the phone?"
"i got you tattooed on my skin to remind myself that i'm better than this. so did you think you'd show up and i'd let you in?" maeve sung as she gripped the microphone, her other hand holding onto the microphone stand
"you didn't get me then. so you don't get me now, you don't get me now. i didn't understand how you could walk out but i do now, i do now. now i'm better, better than i ever was. now i'm better, better than i ever was. now i'm better, better than i ever was" she moved her body to the rhythm of the beat. her gaze locked on charlie
"you used to hate when i got sad, said it always made you feel bad. never got that it wasn't about you at all. used to think that we were so good, sometimes. thought that maybe if i gave you your time. you'd come around, now you're coming around but i got you tattooed on my skin to remind myself that i'm better than this. so did you think you'd show up and i'd let you in?"
"you didn't get me then, so you don't get me now. you don't get me now. i didn't understand. how you could walk out. but i do now, i do now. now i'm better, better than i ever was. now i'm better, better than i ever was. now i'm better, better than i ever was" as she sung she walked over to jeremy and danced by with him. jeremy grinning at her
in the audience, charlie's face was supposed to hold a angry yet sad look. a look that other would describe as a jealousy look
"i do now. now i'm better, better than i ever was. now i'm better, better than i ever was. now i'm better, better than i ever was" a huge grin was plastered on maeve's look. it was in that moment, hearing her own lyrics, it's when she knew she'd be okay "i didn't understand, how you could walk out, but i'm glad you did" as she sang the last line, the extras in the crowd were clapping, owen in the crowd was whistling and cheering for the green eyed brunette. a genuine smile was tugged on her lips, not only was luna going to be okay, but so was maeve
