(Flashback on Dains life)

Albedo and Dain we're very good friends, Dain would visit Albedo in Dragonspine just to check up on him

He would also bring food to Albedo since he was to tired to get some after work

"Hey Albedo! How are you?"

Dain would always say greeting the other

"I'm good what about you?"

Albedo would always respond back

They'd always be happy to see eachother

And was very comfortable with eachother

But for some reason the only person Dainsleif would be nice too was Albedo

He gave off an attitude to everyone else

So one day he was finally confident enough to confess

He left a note on his laboratory to meet him behind the Monstadt walls

They met behind the Monstadt walls

"Oh Dain! Why did you want to meet me here?"

Dain was so scared to say what he actually wanted to say

"Hey, Albedo!"

Dain was so happy to see Albedo safe

"Well I wanted to see you here cause... I wanted to tell you something"

Albedo was listening

"I... I love you Albedo, I love you with all of my heart!"

Albedo sighed

"Dain... I'm sorry but, I have a boyfriend..."

Dains heart broke and was frozen in his place not knowing what to say

"I'm so sorry please forget what I just said"

Dain says running away from Albedo

"N-No! Wait!"

Albedo tried to run for him, turning the corner but he wasn't there

Dain tried to run somewhere very far he thought he was so stupid

He found a spot and sit down on it he was bursting in tears

He should've known what would happen, why didin't he know Albedo had a boyfriend

How couldn't he know that about his favorite person

He started to punch the ground out of frustration

He should've kept it just as friends

Now he can't even see Albedo now

"Dain? Dainnn?"

That was Albedos trying to find Dain

"Hey!"

Albedo found Dain this was the first time he was seen crying

"Please stop crying, I'm so sorry."

Albedo says

"We can still be friends! Don't worry I won't be remembering what you said"

Dan looks up at him

"R-Really?"

Albedo nodded giving him a warm smile

"Ofcourse! Everyone deserves a second chance!"

That made Dain feel a little better

"A-Alright thankyou, I'll get going now"

Dain says

"Alright bye!"

(The Present)

When Albedo goes to Dragonspine he would get gifts lots of them

They we're all from Dainsleif

Dainsleif was scared to go and visit Albedo, he didin't know how it would go out

So instead of visiting him he'd just give him gifts that alwayd has a note to it that maybr checks his health or how Albedos doing

Albedo would always be receiving food or snacks as a gift since he forgets to eat

Albedo would also leave notes after leaving the laboratory for Dainsleif to see

He'd put thank you for the gift or food and they sometimes build up conversations with the notes

They never see eachother after that day but they still have fun writing notes to eachother

Dain thought it was so lucky to have a friend like Albedo, he thought he was so stupid he almost ended their friendship

"I really should've just stayed quiet..."

Dainsleif says in his head

Everytime he thinks about that moment wherein he acts so stupid

It hurts him alo't

He was scared to meet Albedo again

He sometimes sees Albedo holding hands with another boy

He was so jelous

But as long as Albedos in good hands he's happy

"I will get you Albedo, one day..."
