Brooke's POV
"Hey, Burns is that you" shouts a voice from across the street
"Ah fuck sake Teller, you and your loud mouth" I say as I grin at him
"What you doing back" he says as he crosses the street
"Sister's having her kid and ma wanted me home" I say
"Well shit, thought I wouldn't get to see you again" he says as he pulls me into a hug
"I missed you" I whisper as I put my head on his shoulder
"I missed you too burns" he whispers
I have to say it was nice being back home
"Jax, you out here man" shouts a voice two house down
"Over here man" he shouts as he lets go of me
"Who's the chick" says Opie
"Fuck, your eyesight is shit big man" I say as I step infront of Jax
"Holy shit, small fry" shouts Opie as he pulls me into a hug
"Let me go" I laugh
"You've changed a lot" says Opie as he lets me go
"So have you man, i'm loving the beard" I say as I smile at him
"Why thank you" laughs Opie
After standing chatting for a while, Jax and Opie convinced me to attend a party at
the club, I didn't really want to go but apparently all the guys had missed me including him.
"You gonna go" asks Kat as we stand in the kitchen, half an hour after my encounter with Jax
"May as well, can't avoid him forever" I say
At the party
"I didn't think it was true" said a voice as I stepped out of the car
"Well it is" I say as look at Gemma
"It's good to see you" she says as she pulls me into a hug
"Good to see you to" I say as I accept the hug
"Holy shit, she's back" shouts Tig from across the lot
As I look towards the entrance to the clubhouse, my eyes scan over everyone who I've missed
Then I see him
Our eyes connect
