I stare at a lady who is asleep in a machine that's I assume keeping her alive

Goodwitch: language

Y/n: what why... why is she here

Solon: she was attacked

Phyrra: by who

Ozpin: someone looking to take her power

Coal: did they succeed

Ozpin: partially... half of her power was taken

Kenzo: I thought that the power just transferred to a new host after the current one died

Ironwood: normally that is the case but this isn't a normal case

Y/n: so half her power was taken why not track down who has it and just kill them

Solon: because it's more complicated then just power because

Ironwood: that's enough

Y/n: ironwood let Solon speak he knows more about magic then you

Ironwood: what makes you say that

Y/n: the fact that he taught us about magic and you would have no idea how it works

Ironwood smirks at me saying this before he stands more proudly then usual

Ironwood: I have actually been studying magic in a much more scientific way along with aura and we discovered that-

I cut him off mid sentence finishing it for him

Y/n: that aura and magic aren't that different, of course it isn't it doesn't take a genius to put that together

Loki and coal hold back laughter as I confront a much taller and bulkier guy then I will ever be

Ironwood: if you were one of my students I would have yo-

Both qrow and Solon stand in front of me with their weapons drawn

Qrow/Solon: lay a finger on him and I'll cut off more then half of you

I smile warmly at them standing up to me, my father figure and uncle both standing up for me

Ozpin: all three of you stand down

They do so and stand next to me

Ozpin: y/n if you wish to continue interrupting and causing disturbances you should just leave this briefing

I smile under my mask before I turn around and wave behind myself

Y/n: if you insist

I walk making sure they can hear my heals hit the ground as I walk away. When I enter the elevator I turn around so that I'm facing them, ironwoods and my eyes lock and I push my mas to the side so that I can stick my tounge out at him and make it fork out in two different directions as I make wings sprout from my back and horns appear on my head, the elevator doors close and I instantly return back to normal as transforming into a form I'm not used to takes a lot of energy

Time skip

I'm sitting in my bed with Luna, leia and Cortez while salima sleeps in her hammock but this peaceful moment is inturuoted by kenzo busting the door open scaring all 5 of us to be fully awake

Kenzo: what were you thinking!?

I point at myself as I'm confused to what I did

Coal: zo please calm down

Kenzo: he could of killed you, you know that I know you do

I go to say something but he transforms into a werewolf and in a flash I'm pressed against the window with his claws to my throat. I look over to salima to make sure she's ok and I see she's no longer in the room

Kenzo: she's safe, now answer me

I go to kick him in the stomach but he grabs both of my legs in his hand

Y/n: because I hate ironwood, he's a pretentious, self righteous, dick

Kenzo snarls at me saying this and I feel his grip become ice cold while the window I'm pressed up against starts to crack while ice forms in it

Y/n: I answered you dickhead now let me go!!

He drops me to the ground and as soon as I hit the ground we hear running coming towards the door before Loki and coal burst in side

Coal: kenzo what's happening

Kenzo: are leader is a fucking idiot

He storms out of the room fuming and when I look around I see that I'm in a empty dorm room no beds nothing but the widow and a door to the bathroom. I walk out with Loki as coal runs to catch up to kenzo

Y/n: well this is a weird day

Timeskip

I'm sitting on top of the tallest building in beacon watching the stars as Cortez rest on a perch I made up here for him

Qrow: nice night

I look back to see the only family I like

Y/n: hey qrow

He looks at me before sitting down next to me

Qrow: clearing your mind

Y/n: that and I can't sleep usually I'm not affected by being nocturnal but I'm just so

Qrow: anxious, nerves, other synonyms for anxiety

He cuts me off by saying that and I just roll my eyes

Y/n: yea that... I can't forgive them, I was barley able to forgive you and you did nothing to me

Qrow looks at me surprised at me letting my feeling slip out so easily

Qrow: I didn't deserve your forgiveness I didn't do anything to help you

Y/n: you also didn't know I was being abused

Qrow: that may be true but I could've picked up on the signs. And to answer your question you can but they'll need to prove that they are sorry to you first saying they are sorry won't do anything for them hell a sorry is barely enough to avoid a fight when bumping into someone. Look if you want to forgive them you'll see that they have changed but if you don't then you won't care if they have or not

Y/n: do you think I'll forgive them like that

Qrow: not at all you might not even forgive them in their life time or you might forgive them when they are old and grey I don't know, but all I do know is you just need to choose what is best for you, may it be to forgive or not

His scroll buzzed so he takes it out before chuckling

Qrow: I need to get going I got some unfinished business with a schnee

I groan knowing what he's talking about

Qrow: hey don't get jealous because you've never gotten your beak wet

Y/n: A nice pun and I don't care about sex to be honest I don't even think I've had any care for it

Qrow looks at me and smiles before turning into a bird and flying away. I lie back down with Cortez before I make sure every centre meter of me is covered by cloth before I fall asleep
