"Okay, now go talk to him." Tony clarified as he got up and put on his jacket once they finished having sex in a back alley near the compound.

"Alright." Steve chuckled as he got up then kissed the engineer softly just to head off back to the compound so he could go yell at his best friend.

Tony hummed then started to think about what he could do to pass the time.

"Fruity yogurt!" Tony perked up then rushed inside just to wait in line as he tapped his foot because of how impatient he is that he just wants his fruity yogurt, like now!

Steve walked into the compound as he ignored the others then headed inside the room just to raise a brow when he saw the brunette lying on the floor and staring up at the ceiling.

"Did you have a heart attack? Are you dead right now Buck?" Steve looked down at him worriedly.

"No Stevie, I'm fine." Bucky laughed lightly at him. "I'm just thinking." He sighed.

"Well that's never good." Steve scoffed as he tossed his book on the nightstand by their bed then crossed his arms as he waited for the man to get up so he could yell at him.

"You of all people know that I'm not the greatest at relationships. I don't have them, it's just sex." Bucky started off.

"Nice way to start off Buck, real smooth." Steve gave him a mock thumbs up.

"But!" Bucky huffed as he ignored his comment, for now anyways. "You also know that when I try, I'm really trying and I don't try Stevie. I got into the army by my father, didn't even ask." He scoffed as he was straight to the point and the blonde shut up because the man never really talks about family and even he knows when to shut up.

" My mother always made sure that I had the best life growing up so she got me whatever I wanted, even if it it cost us to fall into even more debt." He muttered the last part then shook his head around to get back on track.

"My sister loved me, she was my best friend even before I met you." He laughed and the blonde smiled at the remembrance of his sister because she was cute and the sweetest little girl he's ever met.

"So she always helped me get my way just by talkin' me up to other people and acting like the little girl that she is." He hummed.

"And you are a pain the ass, sure, but you also know when to stop." He stated.

"Tony pays people off to help me keep my job and just does a lot more than we really give him credit for actually." He pondered that while the blonde laughed and shrugged with a head nod in agreement because that was true.

"After HYDRA, both times," he clarified and the blonde tensed, "everyone gave me what I wanted without any question and even when it came to broads, I never tried getting them. They came to me and started talking to me so yeah, I'm an asshole for never really having to have tried in my life but when I try, you of all people know that when I do that, then it means that I can't lose them." He sighed heavily while the blonde sucked in a breath slightly at that.

"I know to you, I don't say things the way ya wanna hear 'em cause with you, I'm just me. I've known you practically my whole life and somehow I still have you so I talk to you like I'm still talking to my best friend of probably 97 years or so." He stated while the blonde scoffed at that.

"With you, I just talk but with Tony I'm sweet talkin' him cause it's Tony." He shrugged while the blonde nodded along in understanding at that.

"So I get that you're mad, I get that you want to punch me for kissing that broad back and I know that you want to also shout at me for that too but with you, it's just so natural. With you, I don't have to worry about anything because... because you've seen me at my absolute worst and are still here so I can talk to you. I can do things in front of you that I won't do in front of other people. I tell you things that I won't normally word that way to another person because it's you so I know you're mad and I know you want to punch me but I do love ya Stevie. I can never see my life without you, there ain't no me if there ain't no you." He clarified while the blonde sniffled but also scoffed and rolled his eyes at not only his wording but his accent and just how terrible he is at speaking.
