I wake up not thinking about the project- but rather Varian. I was determined to make a move today and ask him out. I knew he probably reject me, but it was worth a shot. I go half the day without word but Varian texts me at noon to meet him at his house.
I immediately reply and walk over to his house. When I walk in I see confetti fly and hear people screaming, "surprise!!!" I stood there and looked around. when I notice a huge cake behind Varian I asked him where he got it. He responded with "you've been helping me make it all week." I look at him and he looks back. I wanted to say something but before I could Varian said, "Project or not there would have been chemistry" He proceeded to kiss me and when I stand there in shock he looks worried. "(Y/N)? I'm so sorry, that was so stupid, I- I don't know what I was thinking..." I just stand there and the walk to the bathroom. "I- Ill be back..."
