PREVIOUSLY: Flashbacks of Ingrid's childhood came flooding back. Lagertha killed Aslaug. Ingrid swore revenge on Lagertha. Lagertha kept Ingrid captive.
In Sigurd's longhouse, Ubbe, Sigurd and Hvitserk and Ivar are sitting as Sigurd paces up and down anxiously. Ivar says "Do you mind stopping pacing? It is extremely annoying" and Sigurd glares back at Ivar and says "Ivar, you are the one who is extremely annoying! My Wife is locked up in a cell and Mother is dead!" Ubbe stands up and shouts "Enough! Fighting is not doing anybody any good" and Hvitserk says "We must kill Lagertha" and Ivar nods and says "Yes, I agree with Hvitserk. We must avenge our Mother" and Sigurd says "And we will, but first we must get Ingrid back and out of that cell" and Ubbe nods and says "Sigurd is right, Ingrid comes first" and Ivar says "Before Mother?" Hvitserk says "Ingrid is not dead, Mother is. There will be plenty of time to kill Lagertha, saving Ingrid comes first".

Ingrid is sitting on the floor with her knees pressed up to her chest and is staring in a trance. The cell door creaks open and Lagertha walks in and she looks down at Ingrid and says as she looks down at the plate of fish "You haven't eaten?" Ingrid glares up at Lagertha and says "I am not hungry, I have lost my appetite". Lagertha deeply sighs as she looks down at Ingrid and says "I am sorry for killing Aslaug, I know you both were close" and Ingrid says "Ragnar and Aslaug took me in when I was young, I never had a Mother. Aslaug became My Mother and you killed her before her, You should have let her walk" and Lagertha says "This attitude does not become you Ingrid" and Ingrid says "What? Do you think because you have reclaimed the throne and your power, that I should bow down and show you respect even after you killed someone I hold dear? You do not deserve my respect or manners, not today, not tomorrow but one day I will end you" and Lagertha scoffs in disbelief and says "You could not kill me if you tried" and Lagertha turns and approaches the door and Ingrid says "You hold on to that fantasy Lagertha, They call me The Slayer for a reason" and Lagertha looks back to Ingrid as the young grief-stricken Shieldmaiden glares at her.

The Ragnarssons are in the cabin when Astrid enters the longhouse and Ubbe, Sigurd, and Hvitserk and Ivar all glare to Astrid. Sigurd says "I want my Wife back" Astrid says "Lagertha agrees to release Ingrid only if you all do not seek retribution" and Ubbe looks to his Younger Brothers and steps forwards and says "Very well, we will not Lagertha but know this if you have touched a hair on Ingrid's head I will end you" and Astrid smirks and says "I will make Lagertha aware" and she walks out of the longhouse.

Later that day Ingrid walks into The longhouse causing everyone to look at her and Sigurd rushes to Ingrid and cups her cheek and says "Are you okay? Are you hurt?" Ingrid shakes her head and says "I am sorry for Aslaug, I should have protected her" and Sigurd shakes his head and Ubbe says "This is not your fault Ingrid" and Ingrid softly smiles at Ubbe at which he kindly returns. Sigurd kisses Ingrid and Ubbe looks hurt and Sigurd and Ingrid's lips part and Sigurd presses his forehead to Ingrid's and says "I just thank the Gods that you have been unharmed" and Ingrid smiles and says "I am fine".

Ingrid and Sigurd and Ubbe and Hvitserk and Ivar are sitting around the table. Ivar says "We should exact revenge on Lagertha!" Ubbe nods and says "I agree" Sigurd nods and says "Yes, she thinks that she can kill Mother and steal Mother's Throne?!" Hvitserk says "Yes, she must be delusional" and Ivar says "I think we should march into The Great Hall, confront her and kill her" and Ingrid shakes her head and says "Do not be so foolish" and they all look at Ingrid and Ivar asks "What are you talking about?" Ingrid says "Lagertha is smart, she will be expecting us to strike first and kill her. If you ask me, we should leave Lagertha for now until the time is right, and then when she is least expecting it we kill her" and Ivar shakes his head and says "That plan sounds promising but we need to act now!" Ingrid stands up and says "No! Lagertha told me that if we were to hurt her they would be consequences. Leave Lagertha alone for the time being" and Ingrid walks away.

Later that night Ubbe, Sigurd, and Hvitserk and Ivar are sitting around the table as Ivar says "What is the plan?" Sigurd says "You heard Ingrid, there will be consequences" Ubbe says "Then we will face them. Lagertha killed our Mother, we need to avenge her" and Hvitserk nods and says "Ubbe is right. What will we tell Ingrid?" Sigurd shakes his head and says "We tell Ingrid nothing, she does not need to know...she will only attempt to stop us" and Ubbe nods and says "Sigurd is right, we do it tomorrow" and The Ragnarssons all nod in agreement.
NEXT TIME: Ingrid and Astrid clash. The Ragnarssons ignore Ingrid's advice and plan to attack Queen Lagertha.
